man this chick is about as intelligent as dogshit... are you proud of Obama now, with 2 wars still raging and people getting killed, and the American economy in the shitter. I am serious respond to me I want to know your opinion because it's not looking good.
he won,.. but I'm still a little (lot) scared of solme of the ,.. let's just say " uh mur ah kinz"... the one's that didnt really really didnt want him to be the guy in the house ya know... it's intense still....some shit still yet to come,... theres alot of shit thats gonna lay on this guy.. even al kay da today was callin him house negros and what not..
A lot of people in the US were very excited to hear that Obama had won. I've always been slightly confused on the term 'president-elect', i figured it meant soon to be president. Guess i was close enough. Great show as always.
When people outside US cheer for Obama, you can't help but wonder on what bases they do so. Is it because of his actual values (which I haven't heard of), or is it because he is a Democrat, black and even further away from the Bush administration then McCain (who does seem to have different opinions to Bush, and have a lot more knowledge than Obama after all).
Like most people where I live, I would probably rather vote for Democrat. But I think the level of debate here is like at kindergarten.
I havnt been so proud to be an American since I was a small and naive boy. Ive had a smile on my face since Tuesday night, I really didnt expect to be moved the way I was. Its a great feeling to have faith in ones country.
While Mr. Obama has quite a set of challenges ahead, he has a kind of power that few other presidents have enjoyed: both parties, the American public, and the world as a whole all have a vested interest in turning national and international problems around.
The fact that he's an intelligent, motivating, eloquent speaker adds to the likelihood of success.
This American is honored by your interest and passion for our political process. Thank you Sarah.
I was a civil rights worker in 1966 and 67 in the Selma, Alabama area, during university vacations. I was a sort of lost idealist, doing what seemed right, working with the SCLC, going from shack to shack, with a friend from the same university, explaining to the black folk that they could finally vote, and "Do you need a ride to the Town Hall to register? It was a great time. I learned a lot and almost got shot. I guess I should try to flesh it out. 40 years later, like Sarah said "Awesome".
If you don't live here I'm not surprised you support him.

I'm an Australian, but I'd support him for his policies. 8 years of Bush have been enough.
