Law Enforcement / Military go through the training. You see 3 basic reactions...1.) the target shuts down immediately and becomes incap'd, 2.) He gets mad... and turns hostile like above. 3.) He smiles... because it didn't phase him... the first is pretty normal, the second two are just unnerving.
