The radiation affects only a small percentage of people in Japan. The vast majority live normally in Japan. A much bigger problem is the economic losses of downed factories, fewer tourists, and threat of power cuts. You should do a story on that instead. Eating sugary and fatty foods is more risky to human health than any increase in radiation levels.
