That small block is just starting to break a sweat, depending on it's CID. A small displacement V8 can make up to around 1500 hp in a relatively stress free operating level

We seem to have a lot of armchair owners here who think increased octane means more power. The opposite is true. The ONLY thing octane does is slow the flame front to allow high compression motors to run without preignition. There is zero more HP in higher octane, it just allow the motor to be tuned to a higher state of tune. In other words, if you put 110 octane in you street car, it will make ZERO more Hp.
This is probably the greatest thing I've seen all fucking day. I wanted to build the ultimate sleeper mr2, but I think you guys have me extremely beat on that one. I give my salute to an amazing vehicle. :)

We seem to have a lot of armchair owners here who think increased octane means more power. The opposite is true. The ONLY thing octane does is slow the flame front to allow high compression motors to run without preignition. There is zero more HP in higher octane, it just allow the motor to be tuned to a higher state of tune. In other words, if you put 110 octane in you street car, it will make ZERO more Hp.

Damn, whats the higest ron in America? Our regular is 91 and goes up to 98 (Australia)
When im forced to used 95 and then go back to 98 the difference its HUGE. Imagine how this beast would run on 98 or higher.

hahaha you gota love that piss that americans call petrol in europe you can get up to 105 ron petrol and standard petrol is 97 you guys seem to think 91 is a big deal. Car is awesome!!!

I love the racing the fast cars, I have them myself but please don't go fucking full wot on a two lane highway as another person is coming your way that passes you as your on full throttle. that person you hit when you loose control may be filled with a family or a wife or husband or child coming back from work or from home.
