  • This is awesome crossfit is the best way to work out PERIOD. You get ripped, flexible, strong, and can jump highet. Im glad u posted this vid everyone should try it

  • Correct FORM is vital to everything an athlete does... Some cross fits may not stress it enough... Same holds true with stretching-- correction form is the life blood... which i teach as a pre/post routine.....

  • Crossfit has destroyed olympic weightlifting. Everyone is doing cleans and snatches with terrible form which will lead to injury. The gyms are kitted out well but i dont agree with their training principles.
