we can get pikachu in safari zone and then use thunderstone and evole into raichu.....

dude come on! don't teach your swampert all water moves. that's a disadvantage mine knows dive surf ice beam and earthquake. and what im saying is if u have only swampert left against a grass type ur level ur not gonna do so good. Hope u change the moveset a lil so u can do even bettr!

My Swampert knows the same moves but I got rid of ice beam to make way for Hyper beam. Actually I might get rig of dive because I don't need it anymore and I cann get Ice beam back from the move Tutor.

it's in... well just check your map Fortree city is the place and you will need surf and also you must kick a Keckleon outta the way with the Devon Scope, hope it helps.

besides... I used my raichu against sidney... that i taught my raichu Brick Break which is a fighting type move.... and i used my vileplume's Sludge Bomb attack which i used it against Cacturne, and Shiftry...

Is this your first time in the leageu? When you can get a Belldum, you must evolve it till he is a Mettagros. Because Mettagros is so cool and very strong. I have one and he can defeat the leageu on his own ;)

well if you want a delcatty go in the grass at route 116 you should find a skitty then you have to have a moonstone to evolve it. To get a ninetales go to Mt. Pyre and in route you should find a vulpix then all you have got to do is evolve it. And to get a Raichu go to the safari and catch a pikachu and use th thunder stone to evolve it.

For dive and waterfal, use a hm slave. Swampert should have: Surf, Ice beam, Rain Dance and Roar(Earthquake if you can) when you challenge the elite four.

the champion of saphire and ruby is STEVEN STONE of devon. I beat the league with a record with emerald and ruby, In emerald with my level 100 zapdos 99 level venasour and a level 99 swampert. Ruby, here goes a level 100 blaziken, level 96 swellow, and level 99 kabutops.(in both games) boy traing avery day. I train with these members every day to be strong against the battle frontier. The record I have is 31 for both games.
