That seems like the fbl system more than a wobble from something mechanical.... try to switch the board maybe with your other one

I found with my mcpx most vibrations came from slop in the head and dirty servos

or bad bearings. It might be your motor cause it was flying fine with stock motor.

Take the other set of tail blades off or all of them to eleminate vabration
