i just notied the first freekick were mexico scored there was no foul!! and in the corner kick were mexico scored bocanegra kicked the ball bounced off bautista and they called a corner soo two goals mexico shouldnt of scored!!

Its kind of hard for the US team to win when the referees are bribed by El Tri's management. Its the only POSSIBLE explanation for the score not being 3-2 at the end of the match. I was there in Houston for the game and I didnt see any offsides by Dempsey. Also, whats the deal with all of those yellowcards in the second half on the Americans? Mexico must have really pushed those pesos.

@zacatation USA was nothing before the 1990s when the MLS first started and has only gotten good since around 1999 so look at USA vs Mexico since 2000. You will see who owns who
I have a lot of respect for the Mexican team. This game lived up to all the potential of the rivalry. The biggest difference between the teams is the level of physical play. Both the EPL and MLS are more physical leagues. The Mexicans are more like the Italians, South Americans, and Christian Ronaldo. They seem to relish in diving. I think that may be the culture. Don't get me wrong it takes place on both sides. I just see it more in green, white and red than red, white and blue. Coop

usually, one of those players is the goalkeeper and the other is an outfield player.
the only times you need 2 outfield players in front of you is when the goalkeeper isn't there.

The boys did well BUT Mexico still had the edge because they had the ability to keep the ball and control the flow of the game.
We need to learn how to hold the ball for more than 6 touches.
A part from that Jozy did well and Tim Howard was the Man of the match - he made some entertaining saves
