  • how tall are you?

  • Hey you seem like a real nice guy...hope you get to dunk it someday

  • can you tell me what the first song is plox? =3

  • check out my page. im doing a 16 week program with the hopes of reaching a 45 inch vertical by the end. subscribe to check out my progress

  • heyy, its my senior year of highschool and i really wanna get this program! the only thing is i dont wanna be dissapointed. i can almost dunk as it is 6 foot whyteboi :P i can flush it sometimes but iw ant like 5 more inches so i can dunk on someone. shoould i purchase it tido?

  • You should practice trying to dunk without the oop, eventually you'll be able to jump as high with the ball as you can without. You can even use the weight of the ball in your hands to give yourself extra upward momentum. I'm at almost the same stage as you, I can so nearly dunk but I end up hanging on the rim while the ball doesn't go through the hoop. Good work though keep it up.

  • How tall are you? You look like 5'10'' or something

  • im only 5'9 1/2 a junior in HS, 145 lbs......i can grab rim w/ 2 hands off 1 step, and now recently over the summer i have begun doing plyometrics, box jumps, squat hops, mini hops with a weighted ball overhead, calf raises weighted with 80 pounds ,leg extensions, leg curls,i can max out squat @ 315 too.and i was wondering if jump manual can help me get to the dunking status,i dont have vids of my jumping yet, but i will soon, ive tried jumpsoles already and i dont want to waste time

  • when u did the jump manual did u have to follow evn like the diets nd all that. cus i hav it too nd jus finishd the plyometrics nd weightlifting workouts for the first but i jus ate like how i normally do. nd im really hoping to see gains like yours.

    please reply

  • Hey man just curious, are you not able to palm the ball?

  • ok im an average alyer sophmor ad i really need to know if this works my holl life is ahead of me i need to know do you really recomend this program

  • @jcmaldona1423 Yes. The program works. Don't expect to see gains just because you bought the program and did week one, though. You will really need to dedicate 100% of your time and effort into the program to see any sort of significant gains. Basically, you will get out what you put into the program. Good luck, bro.

  • ay tico bruh im 6'2 nd dunk but im tryin to windmill and ect.. im going to order the jump manual ,but i was wondering do i need a gym for the jump manual or can i train at home with jump manual .... and if i can do it at home do i need wieghts

  • @lodiballer24 You can do the jump manual any where. You don't need weights or a gym, but it is much more convenient to have the two, especially with how quickly you will progress. I would suggest getting a gym membership or at least purchasing some weights so that you can track your progress quantitatively. Good luck!

  • I'm not done trying to dunk! Been keeping up with the jump manual but I haven't been recording anything because I have no one to do it for me. I will try my best to get a short video from my phone for an update!

  • are you even gonna make more vids or are you done tryin to dunk?

  • @ballerlh2314 I am planning on making more vids soon. I have been working 70+ hours/week as a personal trainer, but I have still been keeping up with the jump manual and plan on finishing week 13 this week. I have seen some slight gains, but I plan on adding more weight to my squat to see faster gains. I'll keep you posted on the video status.

  • i had a 4.5 inch gain in the first two weeks!!

  • @acousticaster3000 That's AWESOME! Keep up the progress, Man! Make a video response to my vids and show us your progress! Go hard, son!

  • hey, i can grab the rim off one foot, but off two feet i can just barely hit it with my fingers. i just started the jump manual yesterday. if i stick with it, how long do you think it will take before i can hang on the ten foot rim by jumping off two feet?

  • @chadwickjackson11 I would suggest sticking with it for at least 4 weeks to see a significant gain. The most important thing is patience with the program. I will promise you that your gains will come if you stick to the program. Good luck, bro!

  • hey man is that a 10 foot rim?

  • @matiaflalo yes, sir. that is def a 10 ft rim.

  • hey man nice progression.....i was thinking of buying this program...i really want to dunk as well as improve my whole game...my skewl closes in 2weeks ands opens in september im 5'6-8 or something and im 15 y.o...if i buy this in july and start immediatly and go hard do you think i will be able to dunk by september when skewl opens...thnx

  • hey tico when is the next vid coming out

  • yo wats up Tico... did u purchase for the one-on-one internet coaching the jump manual offers as well? cause im skeptical about that part and dont really know if im gonna give it any use. since uve been doing it, just wondering if u could gimme some advice on that. take care, and nice vids

  • @DaOneGio hey bro, I actually did not purchase the one-on-one internet coaching stuff because I just didn't have the money to spend, but that doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't. I'm sure it's a very helpful resource that may include info that doesn't come with the regular program. if you end up buying it, let me know how useful it is! thanks, bro!

  • your actually pretty good

  • oh wow u can grab rim with two hands now? ive been too lazy to workout recently and still only grab + hold onto rim with one hand .. and sometimes grab with two/dunk

    GUD WORK!

  • i aint gona lie it im like 5'8 and 2 inches away from the rim so i need improvement and i think it is somewhere in the high 20's because my reach is 7'6 so i need a 30 inch vert to touch rim

  • wat is your vertical

  • hey whats up imma michigan fan to if you cant tell but i just started a jump program myself so yous needs ta get crackin again man lol i need some more motivation

  • Hey man these videos are very inspirational to me. just seeing your gains in your vertical is a true motivation. please continue to post videos of what you have done.

  • Hey are you following the diet plan like in the jump manual? If so how is that working? I just don't really understand the point of drinking the amount of protein shakes that Jacob suggests. I can understand after a workout and maybe a few other times. The workouts in the manual to me are not as difficult as following some sort of strict diet.

  • Hey man these videos are really inspiring to me. I look forward to seein your progress!!!

  • Aye man i really look forward to seeing the ending results. These videos are truly an inspiration to my goal of dunking.

  • oh damn that is nuts. alright thats cool though. but i say after you graduate you really hit it hard and youll deffinately dunk

  • how long till the next vid bro

  • @ballerlh2314 not for a while. i'm heavy into exam week right now. i have 13 days until i become a graduate from the University of Michigan!! The president is going to be our commencement speaker! how crazy is that? anways, look out for the vid in 2 weeks. i'm sure i'll have something up after graduation. holler bro.

  • @ballerlh2314 Yo. Just graduated this past Saturday from UM (Ann Arbor). I'm now at home looking for a job AND a gym so that I can resume my JUMP MANUAL! I'll keep you guys posted! Thanks for watching!

  • damn that H kid and that Tico kid r pretty sick... innit guys

  • the gains are impressive. It looks like the only problem you really have at this point is gripping the ball. Look up Maravich drills online. Almost all ball handling programs are based on them and they do help strengthen your grip on the ball also you should get some grippers to increase your strength in that area. You don't need to have big hands to palm a basketball but you need very strong hands....

  • @taylor8424 thanks! i will def look up some maravich drills on gripping the ball better. i'll probably need to start squatting more weight too. haha. i appreciate the tip!

  • your jumps looked a bit higher, you got the 2 handed grab easier

  • How much in inches have you gained?

I'm just 15, 5 10 and want to get the manual, i am 1 inch from the rim, but my two footed jump is 5 inches. Is it normal to get higher off one leg? if with say 95% committment to the manual (gotta be realistic) how long till you, a user would say i could throw any kind of weak ass dunk ? lol

It sucks living in the u.k. where bball is such a uncommon sport :(

Nice progress by the way :D

  • @06sk8nsurf i used to jump higher off of one leg as well. however, once you start doing jump training programs, most of them train you to jump off of two feet. now, i can significantly jump higher off of two feet than i can off of one foot. as for a time frame of using jump manual before you could dunk...i'm not quite sure since i haven't finished it yet, but with your current situation, i'd guess anywhere from 7 to 8 weeks. i could be wrong because everyone's gains are different. give it a try!

  • @MatthewNineteen26 Cool, thanks, the two footed was meant to say "5inches less" not 5 inches! i touched the rim by about an inch on friday last week, i'm piecing together my own first then i'll move on to the jump manual

  • @06sk8nsurf

one leg jump, uses your speed and velocity to create momentum to thus, jump higher, easier. To answer your question yes it is normal, in order to jump higher with two legs, you need to train to increase your vertical leap. and im hopen that the jump manual will help me when i get it this summer

  • @06sk8nsurf i feel your pain i live in germany and here only a few people play bball id love to have such nice gyms like they have them in the us

  • yer getting there
