  • Your sexual orientation is still hated on...even if you accept gays.

You hate pedophiles even if that's how they were born. They don't have to molest a kid. But being hated for the way you're born by the same people protecting gays is very intolerant

  • Thats all very nice, but I still refuse to eat at Chick-fil-A due to their funding and contribution to anti-gay camps. No one deserves to be told that their sexual orientation is incorrect and have to succumb for the tortures of a camp that brainwashes the "gay" out of you. Homosexuals have a story too. Don't they deserve to be understood without judgement, especially when you know nothing about them? Why don't you practice what you preach Chick-fil-A, then maybe you will earn my business.

  • My first comment on this was going to be judging the people that clicked disliked. Then I remembered they have a story too...??? Hmmm... I wonder now what there story is?

  • lol. this is why I'm always reading 4chan threads.

  • Amazing....

  • This shows you that no one ever knows whats going on in somebody else's life so you should always treat them well

  • How's this for a story:

Is gay. Loves the food. Can afford to eat at only a few places, here included. But is torn apart by the fact that the company financially supports anti-gay "ministries" and causes.

  • @wlotus2007 wow god forbid someone has an anti-gay view. get over yourself and eat the chicken if you want it.

  • @kyle23641 God forbid anyone remain silent when they know others are being hated for who they are.

  • @wlotus2007 In case you didn't know, Christianity is anti-gay, not anti-people. Just because I am Christian doesn't mean I don't support business owners that may be gay, I just don't agree with their lifestyle and that is a conviction of my Faith. Cick-Fil-A does not hate gay people, it hates their choice of lifestyle, there is a huge difference. I also may not agree with your political views, does that mean I hate you? Absolutely not it is merely a difference in thoughts and beliefs

  • @sman2276 Calling someone's inherent personhood a "lifestyle choice" worthy of hatred is the same as hating the person.

Not all Christianity is anti-gay. There are many, many Christians who understand same-sex attraction is not a choice and is not sinful.

  • @wlotus2007 Now if Chick-Fil-A was refusing service to the gay community we would have a completely different discussion.

  • Absolutely amazing video!!

  • It'd be nice if CfA would "bother to read the stories" of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered persons they marginalize through CfA's enormous contributions to hate groups like Focus on the Family, National Organization for Marriage, Pennsylvania Family Institute, and others. But, I don't expect it.

  • @AnummaBrooke I am amazed at the lopsided thinking here. Because CfA doesn't share your same beliefs in regards to the LGBT community and they support other Christian organizations (who are hate groups? how so? Because they don't share your beliefs?.. oh that makes a lot of sense) then CfA automatically is wrong and according to you doesn't care about the LGBT community. CfA cares they just don't agree.

  • this commercial is fucking stupid

  • Great video. I saw this video over a year ago at a training meeting we had (I work at a chick-fil-a) and it impacted me. The little girl 1:15 breaks my heart.

  • They missed "Just lost his partner of 35 years and has no legal rights and Chic-fil-A helps perpetuate this injustice."

  • This is a great video to go along with thanksgiving, you glare at a women whos kids are running all over the place by the street, she just got back from the hospital her husband had died. You honk at a person who is distracted who has just been diagnosed with cancer. you pick on a kid whos parents got divorced when he was 10 years old. Everyone has a life story.... if we only bother to read it.

  • Although this video was produced to inspire Chik-Fil-A staff to look beyond the transaction there is a lesson here for all of us.

  • Chick f ly is a Christian company i think

  • Does anyone know who plays the instrumental song in the background?

  • Great Job guy's

  • This makes me want to go out and buy something for them just to support them... Too bad we don't have Chic-Fil-A in Canada. :(

  • Again - Chick-fil-A you Rock!~ GREAT Vid!

  • This video reminds me of a great quote:

‎"The load, or weight, or burden of my neighbour's glory should be laid on my back, a load so heavy that only humility can carry it, and the backs of the proud will be broken...It is immortals whom we joke with, work with, marry, snub, and exploit..." -C.S. Lewis

  • And to the GLBT community - the beauty of capitalism is that if you don't like a company's values, you don't have to do business with them.

  • If all companies were as responsible as Chick-fil-a seems to be, then we wouldn't have need for such a large government and all its regulations--not to mention the unions that "protect" employees' rights (while unintentionally bankrupting the companies that are employing them). In short, the U.S.A. would be in a lot better place if more companies did business by The Golden Rule (read: Biblical values). Bravo Chick-fil-a. You are as moral (and thus patriotic) as they come.

  • Precisamente eso es lo que somos, no tan sólo lo que vemos a díario en el espejo somos ,sinó también nuestra historia. Por eso somos diferentes el uno del otro cada uno tiene una historia que contar eso sómos.

  • It is such a blessing to be working for a company that puts not only "customer service" as it is usually practiced but actually SERVING THE CUSTOMER (whom we call a 'guest' to emphasize the hospitality aspect) before everything else. When you stop and truly value each guest, and use specific language and hospitality practices to demonstrate that, it's no longer just a job in just another restaurant -- it's a unique chance to value and serve every person who walks through the door.

  • If I had died in childbirth, and my husband blamed my daughter for my death, I would haunt him till my dying day! That one made get up from my computer and go hug my kid.

  • Wonderful!

  • D:

  • LOL!!!

  • Depressing life stories definitely put me in the mood for chicken!

  • Chic-fil-a has deep ties to Focus on the Family and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and its charitable division has provided more than $1.1 million to organizations that deliver anti-LGBT messages and promote egregious practices like reparative therapy that seek to "free" people of being gay.

  • @y0nd3r Emotions and religon are great for profits, right?

  • Is it wrong if this video made me cry?

  • Point....less...

  • Just a tad OTT, don't we think? It's just a chicken place

  • Is this advertising burgers? XD

  • Great video - huge Chick fil A fan. Great business model, excellent customer service - and while they are in the food biz, they do care about their customers. They even use peanut oil for all their fried foods (while fat, still heart healthy fat - necessary for a good diet). We're all people. And if we can care and look out for one another in our business dealings, life will be much richer.

  • Love it. Everyone has a story. Let's bother ourselves and find out what it is.

  • What a fantastic video. It hardly seems like a commercial. Chick-fil-A is a very, very different kind of company. The irony is that there is a person in the cow-suit who is treated like a person. While at other fast-food restaurants, there are people in people-suits that are treated like cattle. Kudos to Chick-fil-A for expending the resources to make this video and to help create an atmosphere that respects people. No surprise - it is a Christian company.

  • @djmiller232 It being an overly Christian company is exactly why I don't support it.

    Also it has bad chicken.

  • 1:15 made me laugh my ass off.

  • @DanieleGiorgino i don't know why but i couldn't stop laughing. so random.

  • @DanieleGiorgino asshole

  • man with working brain and imagination made this....

    great work.:)

  • two years ago i was an inch from being homeless. i couldnt find a job anywhere. chick fil a was hiring. i immediately applied. the manager gave me an app and i filled it out. he watched for fifteen minutes. upon turning in the app, he said, "cant hire you, you have tattoos." wasted 15 minutes of my life. couldve told me before giving me the application.

  • What ridiculous shit. You actually think these companies give a flying fuck what you are going through? They have the distinguished responsibility of making greasy food for you fat diabetics who live off of food stamps. The only thing deep about this film is the amount of cash they will be able to fit into their pockets.

You saps fail at life. Compare your lives to mine and then kill yourself.

  • @AesirV

    You from the EBN forums?

  • Nice. OK, so after we dry off any tears lets admit to ourselves that if any one of theses typical unknowns intruded into our NASDAQ life style communities we would have brushed them off as we dove off in our luxury vehicles while iPhone-ing golf & dinner reservations. HURRY ... you're late for that pedi

  • Cow story: "Escaped a brutal life in a pin surrounded by feces and death. Only to be picked up on the street by a van full of chicken fanatics. Forced into indentured servitude at a restaurant called 'Chic-fil-a', if he resists, they'll return him to his former jail. His mission now, to escape once again, and this time, it's for keeps."

  • The guy in the cow suit didn't have a story?

  • What a beautiful reminder for us to consider those around us. Marvelous message.

  • Wow, may I always strive to remember this.

  • this gave me goosebumps! such a great message.

  • Does anyone know the title of the music to this video?

  • we saw this at one of my meeting at chick fil a mission bend, it was soo touching.. makes me love my job even more <3

  • @XxXemskieXxX Im agree with u .. our job is the best !!!!!! ,,;) I love ChickFilA! =)

  • @chocolatexas hehe Im Keilah =)

  • Wow....this is a fantastic reminder that I choose how my behavior affects someone else...positively or negatively!!

  • I appreciate the heart Chick-Fil-A demonstrates for understanding their role in people's lives. How cool is it that they train their employes to be aware of the lives of their customers? This is why a trip to their stores reminds people like me of the days when customer service mattered.

  • wow...have to admit -- kinda depressing - wasn't it???

  • @bigfuzzydog i thought it was very depressing as well!! But it was still a great message!

  • for some reason they didnt have any gay people....

  • @amoffit9 Seriously? In 2:49 every possible life story scenario/situation can't even begin to be scratched.

Bottom line: Every life has a story and we should all try to remember this fact as we go about living ours.

  • I work at CFA and I must say this is why I treat every customer with respect and kindness no matter how rude they are. You never know what they're going through.

  • it is so motivational....:)

  • thank you for posting this, that video inspired a lot of lives..
