I don't think this is necessarily true either. Fine, if morality drives your action in other states, that's awesome that you help, but as we experience more, we realize that there's a good way and a bad way to go about with it. It just takes a little education, some planning and research. Action in other states doesn't necessarily have to be damaging to them. It's when that happens that we have a moral problem.

The way I see it, it's not just about weapon manufacturers: It's a struggle of power behind the scenes between the West and Russia and China. The struggle is for long-term power and influence across the world. There will always have to be one or two countries that are more powerful than others, because that's reality.
