"The tree of life" me ha conmocionado profundamente....una obra de arte integral, que recrea nada menos los interrogantes del Libro de Job de la Biblia, y va mucho más allá. Sólo Tarkovsky o Kubrick se han planteado semejantes desafíos espirituales y estéticos, como lo ha logrado Malick. La historia del Universo, de la música y de nuestras vidas...¿Es posible llorar ante la belleza extrema?

this is the Czech anthem! No, its not, but i love it! I recommend to listen whole My Country poem by SMetana. This piece, Vltava, is a part of it.

@MrMikikister It's beautiful! But according to the research I did on the internet, it is also a point of reference for Israel's anthem (Hatikva). Some passages are almost identical! Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate that!

secondo me il film è molto intenso ma non è un capolavoro...e se lo è, lo è solo a tratti...la colonna sonora invece è immensa.

@tommyjones1978 l'idea copiata da kubrick di un cinema come unione di immagini e musica non necessita di un cinefilo per capirla,e i tentavi sparsi qua e là di trasmettere l'angoscia che mostra il nulla...bah...mi aspetto di più dal traduttore di Heidegger
