  • (I always wonder if it's awkward for right-handed people to change gear with their left arm.)

I had to laugh with this one. I have never driven a right hand drive car and think it would be really wierd. In America you better work for the Post Office to be able to do so.

  • Thanks for your comment, Denny!

I always wonder, too, if it's harder for 'normal' people to change gear with their left arm. I'm left-handed.

  • wow right hand drive!it looks like too difficult!

  • Thanks so much for the video! I'll be driving this way next week and it wont seem so scary now that Ive seen it !

  • vive Putanges-Pont-Écrepin!!!!j' habite la ba !!!

  • J'aime beaucoup votre région.

  • That's gotta feel funny driving on the right with a right hand drive have you driven a left hand drive while in France too? I'd love to bring back to America a 2008 Ford Falcon XR8 from N.Z. just so I can drive "curbside" and wave at some hot girls on the sidewalk haha! When I came to America in 1990 I had no problem adjusting right away and got right out on the big H1 freeway in Honolulu, must be all that TV as a kid in N.Z. and American TV shows, movies & remembering the words "mirror image."

  • Thanks for your comment! I've driven a left-hanger in Brussels and didn't much like it. (I always wonder if it's awkward for right-handed people to change gear with their left arm.)

  • How hard is it to drive on the other side of the road?? We never have opportunity to do that here in Oz.

  • The first time you have to turn left is absolutely terrifying and feels very unnatural. And it's terrifying if you forget to look LEFT when you enter a roundabout! After a while, I find you get used to it, but always have to be extra careful.

  • Always thank you for wonderful scenery.Cannot English Channel pass by car?Is there the topic that a bridge is built over English Channel? Thanks for the ride.

  • There is a tunnel but I take my car on the ferry. Thanks!

    あるトンネルです。私は、フェリーで私の車を取る

  • Thank you for your answer!(ありがとう!)

  • You know japanese as well, dave?! Amazing! or is just a babel-fish translation ;-)

  • You guessed! I also translate it back into English to check, and revise my message as necessary. There's a lot of Japanese dashcam drivers out there with some brilliant films, and I want to encourage them to view my stuff!
