i recognize those tank stoppers. if it really is THAT track, then that is sad. one o the worst rally crashes happened on a track with those stone barracades. the whole car was crushed, the engine fell out, everything was destroyed except the roll cage and what was in it. :(

The game looks great but they've dumbed it down for the masses in America. They have a mode that you can crash and it doesn't effect car performance... what is the point in that? They've said this isn't a sim game like in the past either. I also hate all that other crap that isn't rallying. Who cares about racing a semi? Buggies? What does that have to do with rally? Might as well throw some Nascar in there. They are doing all this so more Americans will buy the game. They've sold out on rally.

It may be called Dirt but it was based off of Colin McRae Rally and my point is they added all this other "Dirt" crap to please North Americans. I know there is rally in it but it takes a huge back seat in this game. I was a true fan of the game until this one. I have every copy of CM Rally and Dirt #1. If you were a"true" fan, as you put it, you'd know that Colin McRae rally was only about rally racing. Codemaster should have made two seperate games instead of ruining CM Rally.... dumbass.

i have in the demo ive rolled the car 5 times in a row it was crazy and damage is crazy atleast on the diffulculty i was playing at i lost my turbo so i couldnt go fast at alll it sucked but its a fun game so far

it's so clear that this game has car handling issue!!! why they keep showing us the hood camera so long?when all the car is seen they keep it a few seconds or less.I hope the handling will be good!!! And honestly when you play a driving game the most important thing is the handling.The first Dirt had amzing graphics,car deformation but the handling was crap.What's the point of all that whe the handling is crap.I don't give a damn about the pixel shader 5 and all that crap.I need handling!

I would recomend it to everybody, i played this stage on a prototype version at goodwood fos. its such a development from the original game as the cars have a much more realistic feal to them. =]

i think it is however to get the most of the game you'll probably be best off with a force feedback wheel, thats what i used and its the best driving game i've ever played, not sure if it will have as realistic handleing and rbr though. you might be better off renting it first but i've pre-ordered it.
