correct, even when the Judge said " I will withhold your Adjudication upon your completion of the program "... and your child support payments stay current. so off he went to train to be an auto mechanic and my niece gets $125 ever 2 week from the "Volunteer", he had a choice on that pot possession ....

I am a 40 yr. old patriot that used to believe his government for most of his life. The transformation occurred when based on an allegation from a mentally disturbed person from our church- claimed to have seen a case of grenades, "artillery" and automatic weapons in my closets in order to "kill the Muslims." My weapons were seized- never returned.
Now I am on a Terrorist Watch List-
