You need to get in touch with Jan, from Revolution MINI Works. RMW does incredible work with MINIs, and has a $4000 + install kit that will get a MINI on par with STi's/EVOs that are stock.
expect 230-260bhp depending on the tune and the brands of parts used. trust me it drastically improves acceleration from the stock 7 seconds down to much nearer 6 and beyond with the right tyres and clutch ;)
Stripping the interior to the minimum, new intake, new exhaust manifold, lightened flywheel, new exhaust system, new camshaft, better tires, chip tuning, etc.......
