@honparis There is nothing you can do except for continue to work on your game and become the best player and teammate you can be... if that is good enough... then the McD's selection committee will take notice! Focus on the things you can control (player development) and not on the things you can't (whether or not you get selected)! Good luck!
Alan, I'm just wondering about your reasoning behind the initial over-the-head alternating hops- It seems too slow to be a nervous system warm-up/foot speed drill
I agree on instinct on the basketball balance drills, nice integration and they look fun- though I've never included balance drills in a warmup, I've heard they are only self improving
(These exercises all look really interesting I just want to pick you brain on the reasoning behind them)

Nice to see you working in the ball with the balance and movement sequences...try the leap matrix with ball, too..you'll love it. On the rotational jumps I usually have to keep emphasizing to spin in the air, but come down w/ knees straight. Thanks for sharing w/ guys at the day-job.
