Damn! You need some more practice but you actually pronounced some parts 100% perfectly. My dad is from Egypt actually, so I speak arabic to. And beside that I study Spanish, coincidence! xD I'm sure that if you lived in an arabic country for half a year, you'd pick up the accent perfectly! =) This is the first time I've ever heard a person with another first language pronouncing arabic so good in my life. Your accent sounds kind of Lebanese btw, a very beautiful dialect according to many. =)

So they had to learn it, and they don't have accents in either language, since they spoke Arabic at home and English at school. I've thought about learning Arabic, even though my boss' daughter said it can be a very complicated and difficult language to learn, especially if you're learning to write it. The fact that it goes right to left would throw me off, lol!

My boss and her family are Egyptian, and I listen to them talking in Arabic all the time, and I can tell you are still pretty new at the language because when I listen to my bosses, their pronunciation is very hard and harsh and there are a lot of what people call phlegm (lol) and rolled "r"s. My boss' daughters were born and raised in Texas, but their parents sent them to Egypt every summer during their childhood, and their grandmother didn't speak any English, only Arabic.

I love Arabic, the sound of it but unfortunately I cant speak it. But I'm Muslim so I did memorize certain suras which are in Arabic, of course. lol.
