  • That last dom7th chord rings so much, it actually sounds like a nine chord =P

  • @sephiroth3782 showoff

  • Does anyone know where I can get the sheet music for this?

  • Huh. I always thought that was Disney's absurd extensions to the copyright law. Or was S.Bono the guy who wrote it at Disney's behest?

Honestly, if that's the case, I can only say one thing:

    Tree: 1, Sonny: 0.

  • wow! hints of Take6 harmony around 2:32. phenomenal! 5 stars

  • Jeff's face from 0:54 to 0:58 - SO funny!

Awesome performance from all, as always.

  • This is on their new cd--Journey! Wonderful songs, all of them. Everyone needs to go buy one!

  • Gotta love the way Tony *attacks* the melody. Great stuff.

  • Way To Go Guys', Tony Does Grand On Lead!!!! Wow!!!!

  • Wow! You live in Nebraska? So DO I!

I really do think there should be a barbershop convention in Nebraska. Please!!

  • @jg984507 You guys might well be in luck considering this year's International is going to be in Kansas City.

  • i miss sam the accordian man by flipside :(

  • Not long. Quite a few of my faves have benn removed. Thats way of it I guess. It cost me $60 to import the 2007 denver dvd but well worth it. Just love these guys. Little Pal remains my favourite. Lovely. I have 4 sons, 2 adopted so I guess the song speaks to me. Thanks lads

  • Well...it's public domain, and I put it up, so I don't think I'll be taking it down.

    ;)

  • Public Domain? meaning what?

  • It means that the song itself isn't copyrighted, or it was copyrighted before 1927 and thus has expired even counting Son[n]y Bono's ridiculous extensions to the copyright law.

The arrangement may still be copyrighted, and the performance definitely is. But the Barbershop Harmony Society owns the performance, and "BarbershopHarmony38" is the official Society YouTube™ account, so it has permission to upload any Society-copyrighted material, so long as no OTHER copyrights interfere.

  • ok thank you very much :)

  • It's 1922 btw...

  • Out of curiosity, wasn't this song arranged by David Wright? But of course the performance is copyrighted.

  • So how long till the Society finds this and takes it down :\

But I love the vid. Looks like Max Q's having as much fun as usual.
