(Part5)In all cases, except for its support of North Vietnam war against South Vietnam, China has used force preemptively. China attacked the opponent first after careful preparation, whereas the opponent suffered from a surprise attack. So, why has China been teaching such old Japan’s crime, which is not true, to their children? Chinese war crimes have still continued.
(Part4)A recent survey of world public opinion from 2005 to 2007 found that Japan is the country most widely viewed as having a positive influence, which is helped by the fact that Japan has never used military power as a means for settling international conflicts after 1945. Since the People's Republic of China was established in 1949, the frequency of its use of military forces reaches the double digits. On average, China has used military power for several years.
(Part3)However, since this period Japan and China have changed considerably. Today, China is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party and Japan democracy. While history should not be forgotten, we must also judge a country by its current actions.
(Part2)Chinese government has hidden their brutal war history to their citizens. If Chinese people had known what China had done in Tibet, they could not accuse Japan with a one track mind. In fact, Chinese leaders always say to Japanese leaders that Japan should look at history as a mirror. It means that Japan should not forget her brutal actions against China during the Sino-Japanese conflict in the late 1930s and the beginning of the 1940s.
(Part1)Some Chinese people have claimed that Japan always wants to fight with another country. Also they are accusing the Japanese dogs needed to be as brutal and cruel as possible to win the war. Some Chinese are taught exaggerated Japan’s war crimes, for instance, the Nanking Massacre must have been created by China for their propaganda, and also there is no conclusive evidence about that. Why does China continually teach wrong history to school kids?
(Part2)"Shortly before eight o'clock Colonels Lung and Chow arrive (Ling has marched off by now) and ask if they can take shelter in my house. I agree. Before Han and I left for home, these two gentlemen deposited 30,000 dollars in the committee's safe." (The Good Man of Nanking, p.64.)Is this a illegal act or not?
@undertakerRach Hey Rach, did you know the Japanese Government issued a formal apology for the mistreatment of Canadian POWS after the battle of Hong Kong? How long are you going to let yourself be lied to by your Japanese Government?
@undertakerRach Everyone in the entire world knows the Bad things the Japanese Army did during WWII. Everyone except for the Japanese... why is that? Even Germans can admit their wrong doing, why? Because their Government had to accept their guilt and move on.
@MrSupertwo You know, it's a MISTAKE to think the Japanese Military was fighting for Japan. What did they accomplish? Getting Bombed with 2 Nuclear devices? 20 years of hunger and starvation after the war? Having all your major cities destroyed?... They fought for glory and blood lust. They killed innocents and they sent their boys out to be slaughtered for nothing. The Emperor just sat back and did nothing.
@MrSupertwo (Part1)I don't think so. The Nanking Massacre was caused by China. People are cheated by Chinese propaganda. Minnie Vautrin, a professor at the college, wrote 100 girls were raped by Japanese soldiers in her diary on Dec 16, 1937. Also, John Rabe, the leader of the Nanking Safety Zone, wrote in 17th that 1,000 women and girls are said to have been raped last night. James McCallum, a medical doctor in Nanking, wrote about rape crimes in his diary in 19th.
@MrSupertwo (Part2)However, these cases of rape were what these Westerners heard about from Chinese people. About two weeks later, as mentioned in the New York Times on January 4, 1938, Vautrin and other Ginling College professors got to know that the Chinese officers harbored by them had repeatedly raped in the Nanking Safety Zone and then blamed Japanese soldiers for their attacks.
@MrSupertwo (Part3)The New York Times reported, “(the) American professors…were seriously embarrassed to discover (it).” So would Rabe and McCallum have been. In February, as the Osaka Asahi Shinbun reported, the Japanese military arrested eleven hiding Chinese soldiers who had committed numerous atrocities in Nanking, speaking Japanese and wearing counterfeit of Japanese translator's armband to pose as Japanese.
@MrSupertwo (Part4)After they were caught, conspicuous cases of rape, looting and other atrocities did not take place. The Chinese have accused Japan about the rape crimes during the war. However, these crimes were definitely caused by the Chinese.
@undertakerRach Ok. You don't believe in the Rape of Nanking. Can you accept that the Japanese Soldier brutally mistreated POWS from the allied forces?
@MrSupertwo ■(Part1)Chinese government has claimed Japanese soldiers killed 300,000 Chinese civilians while the Japanese were staying in Nanking city in China. After the Japanese occupation, did the population of Nanking decrease by more than 300,000? Let’s look at many historical records. On Dec 8,1937, Tang Sheng-zhi, who was Chinese commander, warned that all the noncombatants should assemble in the Safety Zone, and the citizens rushed into the Safety Zone for the safety.
@MrSupertwo (Part2)As the result, there were no people within the castle except in the Safety Zone. John Rabe, the Safety Zone Committee (TSZC) member, wrote in his diary in Dec 10, when the Nanking battle began, the Nanking population was 200,000. TSZC described in the Document No.9 dated in Dec 17, "On the 13th when the Japanese entered the city, we had nearly all the civilian population in the Safety Zone, so the number 200,000 is no doubt.
@MrSupertwo (Part3) For TSZC, it was absolutely necessary to know the accurate number of people in order to distribute food to those refugees. After the Japanese victory and occupation took place, TSZC in its document dated on December 17, and in subsequent documents, consistently recognized this number. Afterwards how did the population of Nanking change? TSZC documents read that in January 1938 the population was 250,000.
@MrSupertwo (Part4)Lewis S. C. Smythe, professor of Nanking University investigated the population with the help of many Chinese staffs on February 1938. He wrote a report which shows the population of Nanking was 250,000 or 270,000 as of the end of March 1938. The Nanking City Administrative Office of the Nanking Restoration Government, which was established on March 28, 1938, registered 277,000 inhabitants. Japanese soldiers killed 300,000 Chinese people in Nanking city?
@undertakerRach Ok, but, why is it so hard for you to believe that the Japanese Soldiers could have done this? Did you have a family member who was in the Army at that time? From a personal level, why? Or is it that you want the world to see the Chinese Government and people in a bad light? lol, they don't need your help doing that. I mean the fact that Unit 731 was doing Live vivisection, and people were charged of such Acts at the Tokyo trials.
@Mr (Part1)The United States was cheated by China. During the Sino-Japanese war, Madam Chiang Kai-shek came to America and begged to help China to them. She showed many fabricated pictures which were created by the Chinese Nationalist government’s Ministry of Information.(propaganda section). For example, one of the photos has displayed in the Nanking Massacre Museum. The caption said, "The Japanese rounded up thousands of women. Most of them were gang raped or forced into military prostitution.
@MrSupertwo (Part2)But this photo appeared in the Asahi Graph, a weekly photo journal, published in Japan on Nov 10, 1937, about one month before Nanking battle. The explanation says, "A group of women and children from the Rising Sun Village returning from the fields, guarded by our soldiers." It is indeed a wicked act of secretly switching the picture.
At that time, Americans were fallen an easy prey to deception. In fact, telling lies of Chinese is very well known.
@MrSupertwo (Part3)They started anti-Japanese activities, for instance, Americans made TV programs which show the Japanese committed murders in China. The word “POOR CHINA” was advocated by Americans. In fact, newest science technology found 143 pictures were fabricated by China. Americans were cheated by the Chinese propaganda. This fact leads to executed many Japanese men after Tokyo Trial. Consequently, the American concept which is Japanese are savage influenced all of the trials in the Asia
@undertakerRach China shouldn't be in Tibet, they should get out, pay for damages, and apologize. That doesn't mean that Japan should be able to get away with it too. Look at the Bataan Death March. That happened, it was a Fact. The Japanese Government has apologized to the Veterans about it. But, here you are, trying to dissaude the world into thinking Japan was an Innocent Victim of Chinese Propanda. And, if you can accept the Japanese killed innocents in the Philipines, then why not in China
@MrSupertwo Do you really believe Japan was innocent in all this? Do you think they had no choice but to Bomb Pearl Harbour. Don't tell me this Bullshit that it didn't happen. Unit 731 did perform experiments on living people, just as much as Mengele did in Germany. Let me ask you this, did any Japanese Media or Government announce that the Japanese Government apologized to Canadian Veterans over their mistreatment in Hong Kong?
@undertakerRach The Japanese Government is revising History because they cannot accept their shame. You don't hear about the Apology to Canadian Vets because the Jap Gov't is trying to change history. They apologized because the Jap Government will lie to people like YOU, but, it can't trick us over here. Open your eyes.

BEIJING — When Li Xuanyao, a student at Beijing's No. 55 Middle School, wants to learn about the Great Leap Forward, she has her work cut out for her. Mao Tse-tung's disastrous 1950s policy, which saw 30 million Chinese die of starvation, is relegated to a few paragraphs in her 163-page history textbook. The text blames bad central planning for its failure and is quick to add:
@MrSupertwo (Part2)"During the Great Leap Forward, every village in China built its commune. Members of the commune could eat in its dining hall free of charge." Although Xuanyao's history teachers have taught her a lot about Japanese atrocities, she said, they are reluctant to talk about the Great Leap Forward. And they never mention the deadly Tiananmen Square protests of 1989. "Studying Chinese history is very important because it helps increase our knowledge and our patriotism," said Xuanyao
@MrSupertwo (Part3) Also she said, "I wasn't taught anything about Tiananmen. But what the Japanese did, particularly the Nanjing massacre, is unforgivable. Remembering this is very, very important for our national pride." China has criticized Japan in recent weeks for whitewashing its militarist history, focusing in particular on a junior high school textbook recently approved by Tokyo.
@undertakerRach I know what the Communists and KMT did pretty well, but are you trying to distort Nanjing with their deeds? Face it, pussy. If you are a right winger japanese, I want to tell you that y'all and the stupid army are the one who dragged your whole nation into this, an annexed state of the USA. Believe me your deceased ancestors and kings will not happy about this.
@ahfat83 The Nanking Massacre was created story by China.China has no right to accuse Japan of crimes such as the Nanking Massacre because the massacre was made up story using fabricated evidence. Obviously what China says is pure fiction! Demonstration of this story by the Chinese government is libel and slander. It is natural that Japanese raising an objection.
@MrSupertwo (Part4)The Unites States defeated Japan completely because Japan had done bad acts in China? I don’t think so because the Japanese bad rumors were created by China. The world should know what the Sinocentric view of the world is. The world should know what China has done in Tibet. More than 1,200,000 people, corresponding to roughly 20% of the total population, were massacred since being unfairly annexed to Communist China in 1955. Has China said sorry to Tibet?
@undertakerRach You're not going to convince anyone of anything otherwise. Because, it happened and it was the truth. There are loads of books and resources that perpetuate Holocaust denial also, I won't bother reading them, because, it's just nonsense. These things happened, there were survivors, everyone knows it happened. You denying it happened doesn't help the Japanese people, in fact, it makes the Japanese look ever more evil in everyones eyes. Is that what you want?
■(Part1)According to Rabe's diary, at that time those Chinese in the Safety Zone, were limited to persons who could communicate with Rabe in the Safety Zone. Only those who could speak in either English or German were the Chinese staff that helped work in the Safety Zone Committee and Chinese officers, Colonel Lung and Chow. Rabe was recording about Chinese officers in his diary as follows:
This tale reminds me of something Aristotle said that the virtues man is always vitreous no matter what happens to him or in what situation he is cast in; and so it is here: A businessman forms an international committee to save a foreign city from being sacked; in order to save countless lives. But the hero is not rewarded for his kindness and first annoyed by his government and than persecuted by foreign foes; and yet his deed will be remembered and is a fine example for human humanness.
Falkenhausen and Chiang's strategy was to kill working Japanese people in Shanghai in 1937, and was to lure Japan's main army into Shanghai from Japan. Chiang was convinced that he could beat Japan's main army at the fortress in Shanghai .
The Westerners who were in Nanking made a neutral zone. They did not hand leadership to Chinese there. However, they were robbed of leadership by Mongoloid Japanese forces and their racial sense of superiority was ruined . Therefore they discharged nonsense about the Japanese armed forces to all over the world. The truth is thus.
Damn - Those pilots are good flying low down streets like that...!!?? It's CGI effects like that that ruin a potentially good film. Some of the aerial effects in the Axis of War trilogy are just as bad. That's what puts me off watching them. Chinese film makers please be aware 'cos I think you are making some great films lately. I just watched City of Life and Death...The same subject as this film...and was very impressed.

Therefore, we are not able to trust the crimes of Japanese soldiers just as the Chinese representatives of the refugee camps claimed. And many cases of rape occurred in the refugee camps.

In those days, European or American newspaper reporters sent to their countries the article "Nanjing Massacre" based on hearsay from the Chinese.
However, there were no Europeans and no Americans who actually witnessed the massacre.
John Rabe has also witnessed nothing like massacre !!

Chiang Kai-Shek conducted the invasion with von Falkenhausen in Shanghai Aug. 13th 1937. That was beginning of Sino-Japanese War2.

(Part2)After February 1938 when the camps were dissolved, rape was rare. Therefore, we are not able to trust the crimes of Japanese soldiers just as the Chinese representatives of the refugee camps claimed. The Chinese soldiers hiding in the Safety Zone camouflaged themselves to create the impression that looting and rapes had been committed by Japanese soldiers, to practice one of a series of Chinese strategies for the purpose of throwing Japanese soldiers into confusion."

(Part1)Tadao Takemoto and Yasuo Ohara point out about the alleged atrocities in Nanking: "The representatives of the refugee camps of nineteen places established in the Safety Zone were all the Chinese, except Miss Minnie Vautrin. Though those Chinese took charge of the maintenance of public order in these camps, there were some Chinese officers who camouflaged themselves as if they were citizens. And many cases of rape occurred in the refugee camps.

The irony is that people with your attitude would have made a big career back in the Nazi-party, British kid.

He lived in China for 30 years and facebook wasn't invented at this time. He didn't know what the Nazis were doing. More stupid, he wrote Hitler about the Japanese war crimes - and was arrested by the Gestapo because of this.
