@brittmartnz Good point. They made themselves up and dressed to look pretty. Not like the slutty skanks onscreen today. Also, a lot of the prettiness came from inside. So many of these ladies, no matter what was going on in their personal lives, were so professional and positive when they were doing their job. And they didn't act as though the world and the public owed them anything. They were there to entertain, they loved doing it, and we are the better for it.
