i think that unnecessary violence/bloodshed should be avoided.

too much aggression would be harmful and suicidal for the species.

many animals have evolved to obtain civilized confrontations (ritualized displays) instead of deadly or bloody fights.

Oh my god, that was amazing around 2:11, he knew that after two failed attempts to escape from that one side, he scooted to the other side and then jumped!
