I'm not saying it wasn't a good trick. On the contrary, I think it was a great trick. But, I have an explanation for it that might seem far-fetched. In my opinion, all three of the guests were in the plot. When Lu Chen asks the first lady to put her finger into it, he is actually revealing each card to her, so she can put her finger in when she sees the card. The last lady can see the cards because Luchen bends the edge of the cards that is closest to her so she can see it.

I am not a magician. Following is my personal thoughts after reviewing this clip several times. Basically, every card that he used in this show is specially made. In particular, they are double layered, meaning that every card is actually made by a heart 6 on the top and a regular random card. So, please carefully review every time point before he (or the hosts) turn up the card. What they did is to seperate the two layers and just turn up the upper layer.

there are 26 6 of hearts and 26 other indifferent cards. all 6 of hearts are slightly shorter than other indifferent cards and they are placed alternating between indifferent cards and 6 of hearts. further more.. faces of 6 of hearts and backs of the indifferent cards are roughen so that when the magician spreads the cards out.. the 6 of hearts will 'stick' to the back of the indifferent cards.. hiding the fact that there are actually 26 6 of hearts.

it's still not right, a lot of Magicians that have youtube accounts are out there telling people to don't support those things too! Please don't reveal secrets jsut because you see others doing it! Anyone can get hold of this information! Everyone will know, next time when a Magician peforms it! And when everyone know, there's notihng special about it anymore! And all of the magician's hardwork would be for nothing!
