I was there and it brought tears to my eyes. It was sooooo sad. He is such a good man. I miss him here. Our World Series was the best and most exciting ever. I hope we take it this year.

He was the face of the franchise. When they brought him in in 1999 he helped us win that divison title and then 2 years later helped us win the World Series....but he is such a great man and a great person. He was the face of the Diamondbacks

Great production put on by the D-Backs. Ill tell you what, we don't have a deep history of a Boston or New York, but watching the World Series game winning hit made me tear up. To be the underdogs like we were, no one expecting us to even put up a fight, and pull the carpet out from under one of the best ball clubs in the history of the game... its the stuff movies are made of.
