The second is "the dublin reel" not "Devanny's goat" and "Master MacDermott", althoug he plays these two together with "The moving cloud" on his first solo album "the irish concertina"

Noel was badly injured in an assault in Connemara @ Xmas '08.  Fantastic musician. My guess is that this clip is over 20 years old.
