This most likely is a released tune. This is a mother disc which was used to make pressing plates for 45 rpm records. There should be matrix #s in the dead wax

@PJDooWop Yes, I had faile dto update the titles. It has been identified as Ginger Callahan, released on the Benjon label in 1964.

I never heard it before your post. I am guessing it's rare
first opening notes by the singers on this one, and the backup singers, makes me think of The Shirelles.
