Oh-bomb-em knows little of the Constitution as his actions show, but the video is weak evidence: The speech contains enough "wiggle room" for spin doctors to argue that he spoke of the 14th amendment.
The Constitution has been changed from a contract among peers (the individual states and their pooled representatives) into a suicide pact under which any who may seek to withdraw are subject to the harshest of violent retributions.
A better idea: Don't worry about B.O. Dissolve the "Union."

Affirmative action does the opposite actually. It allows a small margin of positions to be filled by non-whites, the rest going to whites.
Same thing with universities, If there was no AA, they would be dominated by Asians & Indians. Few Whites & Hispanics would be able to get in on merit alone, and almost no blacks would.
