...Try being in singleplayer, setting sv_cheats 1 and use mat_reloadallmaterials. If that still doesn't work, try re-installing the map to Addons from the zip.

in this map the texutres look pretty realistic and the walls arent clean, they have some scuffs and even caution signs and names on the buildings, everybody forgets that in mirrors edge you are in a city, youre not just running around in an area full of red and white blocks. 5 out of 5!!!! best map ive seen

How do i download it its my first time downloading a map

@mortyalimam Download it, open the .zip file. In a separate window, navigate to your Steam directory (Program Files, Steam) then to Steamapps, then the folder with your username. Click "garrysmod", then click the "garrysmod" folder inside there, then "addons". Go back to the .zip and drag&drop the "GM_Freecity_Plaza" folder into your addons folder. Start up the game and load the level :)

@wolpernat The map comes with all textures and models included. What version did you download and where did you download it from? Also, do you have CSS turned on in Extensions? Have you tried to reinstall Gmod to find out whether the Source Engine Apocolypse has started on your computer?

@ripazha1337 It hits some systems more than others, and I have no idea why, although it's mostly down to Valve's VIS system to dictate how much is rendered on-screen or not. In the case of my map, VIS is like "OHGOD RENDER EVERYTHING". I did all I could to optimise this map, and had it tested on many different machines. Ahh well :/
