Oh my God you are so organized! You are probably the most productive stay at home mom I have EVER... and I mean EVER come into contact with! So amazing! To much work girly, just get a white board of the month n just write out the appointments n what 2 make for lunch & Dinner, everything else you should already know what 2 do, Don't make it so complicated go w the flo it makes things much easier then trying 2 stay on a schedule! Your young anyways I think you can remember...

For the kids awards you could do what I did with my son's awards. I got a binder like the one you have, printed a page with Brandon's awards and put it in the front. Then I put the plastic sleeves in there and each time he gets an award I put them in there. I started it when he was in preschool. That way none of them get messed up and I just put the binder on our computer desk!

You should put up their achievements/certificates etc. on your hallway walls in your house, then they'll always feel special when they see them. I remember my mum doing that for me when i was younger and i always felt like a superstar. Lame i know, but when you're young everything feels super special :)

I have a home organization binder too!! =) But I have been printing out my sheets every week! That is an awesome idea to use sheet protectors and dry erase markers!! I am totally going to switch to doing this, it will save me a lot of time and paper!! haha...thanks love <3

This is such an awesome idea. I have my to do list, shopping list and cleaning list print outs but they are always just piled up on the counter or table but I love the idea of putting them in a binder, much more organized.

@LaVivaBeauty Nope, being thats its in a clear sleeve I just use a dry erase marker to fill it and once the day is over I can wipe it clean and fill it out again :) I do this with all my print outs except the calender I print those out monthly

I tried to be Eco friendly and use my iPad task manager but I don't look at it.. So I guess that defeats the purpose.. May go old school with a paper binder, thanks for the idea :)

I am thrilled we have the same print outs, I had gotten mine a while back and still love them. I was having a hard time using the binder, cause it would get under things and I wouldn't see it, so just stuck the different pages in the clear sheets on the fridge so I see it all the time.
