Almost same scenario.except my friend was a male... He died of a heart attack at age 50... Miss him still and it's been over 10 years ....He also loved this song

I first purchased the Paragons meet the Jesters album, around 1961, Since then I purchased a few versions of the album on Josie label, Org Jubilee, And their second Album, With their real Pics on the covers, I also gave the CD version of this Album on Collectibles/To a very famous person that starred in The Film, "Mean Streets" About 12 yrs ago to his Mother, He thanked me personaly for the birthday Gift, It was considered the Bible of Doo Wop, on the LES NYC. Great! Thanks!
