Ok, ok... I've found the problem. This mod don't have a sound folder, because it works over the Endurance mod sound folder, specifically the EnduranceSeries\Mazda_R20B\ folder, so to hear the sound of this GT One mod you should install this mod first of all.
The name of this mod is Endurance Series by EnduRacers. Enjoy it!
