i dont know why people get so butt hurted when they see hmongs dancing to other ethnicity's songs...in dance competitions first day is hmong dance...second day is thai..and third day is any other dance (thai, chinese, hindu, hmong, whatsoever, hip hop even)

meaning? i didn't see a meaning when they came to fresno last year. the song was dai. they flipped and did jump rope. although it was fun to watch, they were not dancing. they are great dancers, they just need to stop it with the gymnastic.

i think its ok for MN dancers to compete with chinese songs.. in fresno, they gave u 3 categories, Hmong, Thai and Freestyle. in order to win u have to follow the rules, than there will be no problem. i remember 3 or 4 years ago three groups from MN came down to Cali and three of them placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. so i dont think theres a prob..

yea.. but they didnt win.. because last year, when they came to compete in fresno.. they did one chinese and indian in the first day.. and chinese for the last day again.. their chinese song always have to do wit flipping.. if not, it would be very noninteresting.. it is also not a good thing, to have so many gymnastic move in their dancing.. when it's suppose to be HMONG DANCE!! if i was to be the judge i would give them one of the lowest points.. and yea, im talkin about the MN sunshine gurls.

it, not that...there is no problem, but mn can't really dance chinese anyways... what i see them do most is flipping. And that is not so creative.... plus the out fits have to be properly dress... if too much skin show, then you get points taken off
