New 5.0's low 13's, high 12's with DR's. LT1 C4 low 13's. Seems about right considering about 500+lbs lighter... Good race. I have eaten a new "badass" 5.0 with my LT1 vette.

Uh not complaining cause I own a c4 but since when did 300hp beat 425? I need more info!.. Was the c4 suped up? Was the mustang driver crap?.. Either way a 15 year old car beat a brand new one. Buy cheap, fix up, faster than new!

Go look up "2011 Camaro ss vs 2011 mustang 5.0" and watch a few videos..I think u r clearly being proving wrong...just cuz ur a stang fan and may have 1 doesn't make it God's gift to the automotive world. They r very nice cars don't get me wrong a friend of mine has owned a few 5.0s and gts of various models and currently owns a 03 cobra..so they r fast and nice...but def not a complete Camaro killer..but good competition

My 93 vette stock ran 13.4 it won't take much to hit 12's either but this one might be stock just not the best driver in the stang

First off the new 5.0s weigh about 3600 empty. Not that heavy. It should smash a
stock C4 unless this one is magic and runs 12s from the factory.
