M8 are there any good books, with picture diagrams, real simple flow diagrams that go through the actual paths and networks, I find with videos I sit to grab the bit, but have re run the same bit a thousand times and just miss out on what the heck is going on. I'd love it in simple to follow book order, is there something out there like this. Specific to Reason 4, until I can save up for an upgrade. Thanks

can i rewire sounds from other software to the vocoder modulator? and use a reason sinth like for examole use as modulator something recorded with ableton or protools?
yes, if you use a program like sonar or protools you can rewire each individual track to and from each program via asio drivers, or just import your sample as a rex
