You obviously know nothing about cats. Scared cats don't need to be exposed to other cats until they are comfortable in their surroundings. This is why they are in a cage. They have food and water, and a box to hide in. This "Korean idiot" is trust training them before he lets them lose with all of his other cats. Introducing other cats to them would be a disaster. This cage is not their permanent home. He fucking RESCUED these cats.

I've done some trust training in my lifetime, and let me tell you, giving these cats their own, personal cage (space) is the best way to do it. They can get comfortable in their cage because they will start to learn that this person can be trusted. He's feeding, petting, and watering them. There's no issue here.

You see those two fat cats at the end? He's obviously doing something right. I HIGHLY doubt that he would torture these kittens but keep two plump kitties happy.
