the music kind of sounds like the main theme for "what about bob" eh?

It is at the Washington National Gallery of Art in the Eastern Wing, some place on the second floor. A whole room is dedicated to Dubuffet there.

As for the music, I chose one from a list with many options; I forgot the title, sorry :) If I remember I will tell you.
