  • So many weapon flags. Id punch someone in the neck if their barrel touched my ass.

  • ft bragg for the win

  • After watching this video, I hope you guys didn't let them take of their BA's. lol This is a bad example of clearing rooms, I would guess this is a non-combat MOS?

  • Fort Bragg is in Georgia and Ft McKenna is in Carolina.

  • @UberLifeTroll shut up, fort bragg is in nc you stupid cunt

  • @UberLifeTroll Benning is in Georgia.

  • @UberLifeTroll and New York city is in California.

  • These guys are new you can tell you make a lot of mistakes when ur a boot ur not used to the stress that's why they're training with blanks clearly some of u have never been in the military or if you are then ur p.o.gs' or were p.o.gs'

  • unless any of yall have done house clearing operations, then yall need to shut it! Everybody has a starting point, and cleary you can see that most of these guys have never been deployed. they will get to where the need to be.

  • 1:20 Is that MacGyver in the target as in civiliantarget? :D

  • ha! bin laden

  • i laughed at the fail muzzle control

  • ok so slow is smooth smoth is fast! no muzzle awarness, 1:68 they shouldve ran the rabit or high lowed, there comunication sucks, and at 2:25 the point man of the first stack looks back at the other stack insteed of covering his front when the stack pushed with no comunication. MOUT is hard but they dont even have the fundementals right.

  • These guys act like they're in basic training...this is very sad that this is supposed to be the great 82nd Airborne!

  • @superrhino100 - these guys are new to the 82nd... everytime a soldier graduates from basic he goes to his new division but he gets trained along with the other new guys to get into the routine of things in the new division, however soldiers do training like this all the time, these guys are just new, the guys on the top have skilled this

  • This must be 4th Brigade hahahah

  • I remember running through this shoot house in March 2008. Great fucking time.

  • God this video is horrible, horrible, horrible...

Doors = fatal funnel of fire

    Surprise, speed, violence of action

Move with a purpose.blah blah blah

  • @GIDAN2987 I did dynamic entry in the good ole' Corps and it was definitely different that this stupid video. I'm one of those NCOs who like grunt work but not the bullshit.

  • @GIDAN2987 That's why good NCOs leave.

  • im sure that was a long day

    but necessary

  • @bigbyotch either you really were a special forces soldier, if you were i respect you for it, OR youve seen the movie "Shooter" too many times haha

  • SOUP

  • slow is slow fast is fast, first you get good, then you get fast. HOOAH?

  • absolutely horrrrrrrrrrrrible. the army sucks.

  • @truckfreak03, obviously they havnt done this for long. They arent even using live ammo yet. You cant just expect people to blaze through the house their first time in it.

  • these guys are horrible. this is embarrassing. if i made this video i would never of put it up. i can't believe that this is airborne. i though tthey were supposed to be bad ass. apparently not, they suck. this is why i can't stand the army. all they do is talk shit and can't back it up. that's why the marines take over all the cities. i'm a marine and fought over in fallujah and i know how to do room to room clearing. never seen such horrible room clearing in my life.

  • how do you get into airborne training? and wut do you do afterward??

  • People who say they're going too slow are forgetting the #1 rule of squad room clearing: slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

In the real world, you don't get to practice on the same room over and over again so you can sprint through it on memory like it's a video game.

The initiate rock was awkward and poorly synchronized, but at least the point man's double taps were nice and crisp. They just need to get out the engineer tape and practice squad level in the "glass house" for awhile.

  • what a cluster f***

  • 2:06 flagging his own dude

  • @AJIX I'm sure he has terrible trigger discipline too.

  • These guys suck!!! We used to run through this thing. Plus they are getting corrected too much so they are way too tense. They should have mastered MOUT training at a smaller level before being able to reserve this range.

  • they are new

  • hey check it out. I was stationed at fort bragg. Yes there is airborne school at ft benning, ga but there are non airborne units at ft bragg and if they decide they want to get airborne training, it can be done at ft bragg. But 99% people go to ft benning, ga for airborne school

  • yes, legs at heart, there is main airborne school at benning where 90% go. but few keep up with the duplicate schools at bragg, and ft lee. yes they are full functional stand alone schools and mostly where re trains happen when someone misses 6 mos or more due to illness, injury, or deployment. airborne all the way ~ your ~ rigger.

  • Is AirBorne hard to pasS?

  • @marler1985 DS Cruz?

  • @ttzjoeb

    what?

  • @marler1985 Your last post sounded looked like it had the same sentence structure and style of a DS I had, and I was wondering if you were him. I was also completely sleep-deprived and deranged when I asked. I'm assuming you're not him.

  • @ttzjoeb

    No sorry I am not

  • Range 75!

  • i have a question like wat are the requirments to go airborne and wats the differnece between the 101st and 82nd?

  • 101st is air assault and 82nd is airborne jump outta planes kinda thing. 101st does helicopters atleast that's all i know.

  • the difference is 101st sucks.... love one panther

  • ya 82nd is way better haha

  • 101st=Air Assault

    82nd=Airborne.

    requirements=Completed OSUT(infantry)

    vision correctable to 20/20

  • ok thank you so to go into airborne or air assault you have to complete bct and aitwell wats osut and ok i pass the vision part

  • OSUT is infantry school and bct in one 17 week course

  • so i have to take bct then ait then osut then i can go to airborne school

  • no they're 2 things in one you tool

  • o ya i just did some research that was a stupid mistake ya it means one station unit training its wer you do bct and ait ....but is airborne school in fort benning then you either get assighned to the 82nd in fort bragg or the 173rd in italy or germany right?

  • Airborne school is in fort bragg, you don't pick your unit

  • i thought airborne school was at fort benning and i no you dont pick your unit but i thought you train at fort benning then they either send you to fort bragg or italy and germany?

  • Ranger school is at fort benning

  • oh well the recruiter said that it was at benning and if you get stationed at fort bragg ul do extra training but ul be in the 82nd

  • Anyone can go to Airborne school, there is NO MOS requirement. Also, there are people who are not infantry in infantry divisions. You could be in the 82nd and be finance and also be jump qualified. 13F's and 19D's have 'infantry' type combat jobs and also serve in those divisions.

  • Airborne is at Benning. Stop lying to people.

  • No, its fucking not! I was told fort bragg, cause I have an infantry contract, cause I wanna be in the 82nd

  • Ummm... I am actually in the Army and have been to Jump School, so I think I know where its at. But whatever _you_ want to believe since you have your 'contract' I guess.

  • @MatsuTuriBen2 Yeah definnite D BAG.

  • Yes it fucking is! I've been to airborne school AND the fucking 82d (still there).. dont talk like you know shit you nasty civilian.

Jump school= benning you fucking knob. I foresee much trouble in your military career with an attitude like that.

  • You got played buddy.

everyone knows airborne school is in Ft Benning.

  • @Cazfootball19 Your not really that smart. You must have gotten at least a 35 GT on your ASVAB!! Can't wait till you get to basic! See YA FUKSTIK!

  • airborne school is at ft. benning not bragg. the 82nd is at ft bragg. and you can request 3 units and you'll probably get one.

  • Airborne School is in Fort Benning ;)

The home of the airborne is Fort Bragg

  • Lol, kinda weird set up they had.

  • no bct and ait=osut....its just combined instead of doin 2 seperate schools

  • OSUT stand for one station training. Meaning that basic training and AIT is conducted at the same base.

  • I dont think they even go live.

  • what a waste of money sending these pogs there. We went to that shoothouse 4 times last year. We did it with nods to.

  • so ate up got to love the poge none infantry fuckes

  • Is it really okay to be that clumped up? A single burst could take out multiple guys in a group like that.

  • I can see why the Marines are looking for a SAW replacement..the tail gunner at 3:30..despite having a para SAW..still a bit big.

  • ich habt keine trockenübung

  • Comment removed

  • Im 13 and i wanna join the army so my mom took me there to talk with some of the soldiers about how it is and ft. bragg is fuckin huge!

  • LOL!

    you just failed so hard!

its kinda funny when people lie online trying to seem like they know what they are talking about!

    hahaa!

    one year as a swick!

    lol

  • am switching to the army in one week,I just finished 1 years with the Navy as a combat boat crew men,and am going to be infantry is infantry in the army hard?

  • sure budy, you did 1 "years" with the swcc. you can't even enlist for one "years" You FAIL!!! you don't have to lie on the internet to enlist in the Army.

  • Four words would describe this ATE THE FUCK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i know right..these dudes gotta be pogs....i wanted to blow my fucking head off watching these scrubs do bd6

  • I do not know about this shoot room. As a 71542 in Vietnam, I assure you that I will take my 16, AK and 45, and I will kill you.

  • Are they not teaching muzzle awareness in BCT? Good training though.

  • umm does anyone else see all the "flagging" and potential fratcide that is happening in this video?...these guys are fucked up? and theyre PSG and PL dont even sound like they know what the fuck is going on...i hate legs

  • Their not legs dumbass. Their probably some pussy ass support unit in our 82 Airborne Division that hasnt something to do with admin.

  • DEFINITELY not infantry....they are so dicked up

  • Yeah, I just had to tell people talking shit about the Army and more importantly the 82 is badass. And not to judge us because of this video of some (probably) support or admin unit going through some training exercises. Our combat arms MOS's are the shit. If only we could fully show are true power over in Iraq and Afghanistan. Instead of being stupid peace keepers and having to wait on MF to shoot at us before we can do anything.

  • Im sure they are, but here they clearly arent in the mind set... When you even go shooting on a regular range ya gotta get into the mind set of it.. These guys are just taking it as another day and not getting into it. They are doing poorly in my opinion, room clearing like this is all about speed. In a real life scenario if they do it like this, it will turn into a shoot out.. Rather BAM one room BAM next room and just go. Although this shouldnt portray the rest of 82nd.

  • Quoted from Felon41 "..... and theyre PSG and PLdont even sound like they know what the fuck is going on....."

Watch again... This time with volume turned on....

  • I know this group and at the time this film was made, this unit had just lost alot of guys due to ETS. alot of these guys were doing this for the first time or close too. this is the purpose of training.

  • Was this Range 75 or 76, my mind is blank. I do have a few videos from my squad going through here, but they are on VHS.

  • it should be easy

1)too many cooks spoil the broth- get 1 CO or nco who knows how to do it right from real-world experience. Get him to teach it

tell the others to fuck off unless they want to put lives in jeopardy

2)keep the fuking muzzles down. Until you are asaulting & in a posn. to assault, keep the fucking muzzle down. when the asault team moves in - then the rifles are in a near ready aim posn. ready to bring rifles up to the aim.

  • 3)assault team goes in with speed, aggression and surprise each man knowing his task and corners. shout your corners and sit-rep of room. secure room shout room clear. next team is hot on heels of 1st ready to clear next room.

important to have proper firearm handling & discipline- to minimise chance of friendly fire & to max chance of bringing weapon to bear on enemy.

keep it simple- bcoz it is

get in formation, muzzle down until assault, assault with sppeed & aggression, room clear

  • secure & overwatch - next team into next room

at all times alert, communicating & weapon discipline

after that its practice, practice, practice & with random varied targets & posns. & situations.

keep it simple- use speed & aggression & practice, practice, practice

  • lol a lt telling somebody how to assalt something. this is too funny, that assbag never assaulted anything but the o club or his co's butt hole. what a joke, i bet he got a bronze star for this class. one thing for sure, him and his benefits seeking buddies are responsibl for killed more soldiers than alqueda, hn get medals for it.

  • Everyone is so quick to criticize. At least these guys are doing something constructive, I don't think that they ever claimed to be the toughest, the best in the Army. I always find it so amusing to listen to the wannabes who don't have the balls to enlist themselves who are always comparing SF to the SEALS to the Rangers to Force Recon, to SAS so on and so on and so on. Professional Soldiers just do their jobs, they train for THEIR missions, and all units I just mentioned have different ones.

  • they need more work. but everyone starts somewhere. i mean this was pretty bad. and i have the balls; i enlisted in the Marine Corps. 0300 infantry

  • Just to give you some more info...some of these guys have moved on to other forces, so your comparisons may be a little weak.

  • Too many chiefs here. Trust your NCO's and let them train their joes.

  • they look like a sauce sandwich.

  • Looks like a buncha tough guys with a keyboard...

When we ran this, (former 505th Airborne) we had some dudes come from down the street (green-hat land) to teach us the different methods they employed. Then our commanders would go over the Army TM methods and we'd run it over and over and over again being picked apart by officers, NCOs, and SF cadre... Good training though. And yes, we cleared a shit ton of buildings in Iraq- entire towns. SF are the only ones... whatever.

  • I see.....I see.....Blank adaptors.....

  • airborne & air assualt are not req. to be a ranger guy

  • To be in the 75th, Airborne is required. Air Assault is learned through unit training instead of also attending Air Assault school. However, to just pass Ranger School and be Ranger-qualified, you don't have to have either Airborne or Air Assault. Also, if you are in the 75th, to be given any leadership positions (Corporal, 2nd Lieutenant, etc), you MUST pass Ranger School

  • Ranger school no longer includes jumps?

    Is that true?

Because if not, then wings are required.

  • The Ranger Regiment requires jump wings. In Ranger School, the only jump that I know of is the transition from mountain phase to jungle phase, where they drop into Florida.

For students who have not completed jump school (many soldiers, most marines receiving cross-service training, etc.) they simply get trucked into Florida.

  • If you want to be in the regiment then you have to be airborne. No if's, and's, or but's. When I passed through RS I had to do jumps for all my final exams in the field. But you're right, Marines, SEALs, and other service members have to be trucked in. Be well.

  • Well, I have been confused about this. I tried to make clear what I thought was true: that students who are part of the 75th Ranger Reg. must have jump wings. But if a soldier or officer is going to Ranger School purely to gain experience and the Ranger tab (i.e. not joining the regiment) he does not have to be jump-qualified, right?

For example, a 1LT from the 3rd Infantry went to Ranger school to earn the tab, and then return to his unit. He would not have to be jump qualified to go, right?

  • As far as I know, no. Someone going to Ranger School for the experience and gaining the tab would not need to be Jump-qualified. It is required for service in the regiment.

Again, I cannot give you a definitive answer at the moment. I'll ask my 1SG tomorrow tho.

  • what is the purpose of marines going to ranger school, if they are not headed for a special forces career in the first place?

  • Cross-service training and relations. It is just a tool to help egg on rivalry and comraderie at the same time. I don't know if this is still the case, but when I was in the 82nd, we did moderately regular field exercises with marines for inter service training and relations, and because if we were sent in combat, we may very well be working alongside each other.

  • Finally, for clarification, ranger school is first and foremost a small unit leadership course. Going to the school signifies one is "ranger qualified", just a sign of skill and expertise at small unit tactics.

Also, when you said "special forces", try to instead use "special operations" because special forces literally refers to the unit army special forces, which rangers are not a part of. special operations refers to the general range of special op units. its not a big deal though

  • Marines have Recon Ranger or some sort dont remember to well, but they must complete ranger school.

  • airborne is most definitely required to be in the 75th ranger regiment, but not to be ranger qualified

  • oh ok, yea thats always been a question of mine, in the field will marines and soldiers work side by side or would it be more segregated with Army personel bases only and vice versa?

  • there will always be combat patrols and such that overlap, most of the time nonintentional. there is also coordination with attacks (ex second battle of fallujah) with one service taking a lead while the other may provide support, etc. So, there are no Army-only zones or anything like that, but most of the time you would be only with your service

  • lol the funny thing is to be a ranger you must go through airborne/air assualt.... if the airborne was so bad they wouldnt make you go through the school just to try out for ranger.... and not everyone makes it. more then half drop out lol

  • Hooah, I jsut sigend up finished MEPS last weekene.d Im shipping may 23rd, going 82nd hopefully getting into 325th airborne infantry

  • good luck mate

  • Thanks man, ship date is coming up quick...

  • word me too bro , 325th is where its at!

  • I graduated basic on aug 1st, astill wanting to do this. I got to carry the saw for our 6 day field excersize voer there, i am pupmed for AIT

  • Dam thats wassup , im leavin in a couple weeks for basic what unit are you in?

  • No unit yet. Split ops. After drill next weekend I am getting an Active Duty contract. Hoping to get in the 82nd. Basic was awesome. I miss the training sometimes. Where are you going. Benning?

  • im waiting for my buddy to do buddy program and ship out to basic , i wanna go Ranger man or tiger force in 101st airborne or 82nd , one of those three units would be the shit

  • Get ranger or airborne in your contract. Any promises amde to you by your recruiter, get him to put it on paper.

  • Roger that , i just want excitement and to shoot fuckin guns dude

  • Ahhhh, feels eerie seeing dudes from your company on youtube....

  • Ever hear of the phrase "More sweat in the training field, less blood in the battle field" And if you asses have never served then STFU. Hooah, Army Strong!!!

  • hey can you fags stop dissin on the us armed forces and enjoy th vid

  • is putting down the 82nd really necessary?

  • any infantry on the ground in iraq is most likely doing room entries.

  • you really are a dumbass arnt you. do you know how many building clearing happen each day?? what you gonna call the spec op guys to every one? units are learning to cross train u dick. go tell a real airborne man he aint no operator and see what he does

  • You're a fucking idiot, swankiey.

  • That is why they are training, to get better. You fucking idiot don't ever dis the 82nd.

  • but yeah that was a terrible run

  • hahaha dont even bring up the national guard there the pussys of the army, besides the cooks of course

  • Dulce bellum inexpertis;Whomever been there doesn't need the translation.

  • tv8605 you are an idiot.

  • lmao... the nationl guard are full of part time warriors. you do a weekend a month two weeks a year... we do 365 days out a year. till then chap the nation guard can suck my full time dick

  • National Guard members do their part. Most that I know had no wish to be a full-time soldier, but just to do their own part. Sure some are arrogant, but give the rest credit for devoting some of their time to serve the US

  • Riiiight...

  • i going in wen i turn 18

  • You should go to college first. The Military needs more officers.

  • This would be awesome if it was just SSG's running the place, get those BN CO's outta there and let the NCO's do what they do best.

  • that was shit. no agression or speed. good look 2 em wen they do it 4 real

  • It was slow and purposeful because they are learning the steps. You don't just give a guy a rifle and bullets and let him loose in something like that where accidents can kill. "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast" as our SF instructors used to say. Ie. speed comes second, tenique comes first.

  • @bigbyoch thats what my father says, Ex - Vietnam

  • Wow... so im stationed in 2nd Ranger Batt. And im wondering when we do this once a week live fire... cuz we dont. And the 82nd is the premier fighting force. Last time I checked we couldnt be anywherein the world in 18 hours... I bet your bhitch ass isnt even tabbed. You prolly barely made it thru RIP you fag.

  • Really? I thought Rangers were deployable anywhere within 18 hours. They can also be deployed without a state of war being declared. I'm in Army DEP but from the Rangers that I personally know and from what I researched, Rangers are much more flexable and put out in the field more than Airborne. Please correct me if I am mistaken

  • THATS the reason I got out of the army...You have the higher ups come out for 20 mins during an excercise just to walk around and bitch at you for every little thing you do..then they go back to their A/C offices while your still out in the field trying to perform up to everyones DIFFERENT "standards"

  • centermass85 is right. I'm not with 82nd. But I'm in the Army and when you have everyone looking and criticizing every step with make... they drain the fun and lesson. As you can see... those guys are just puppets. No one can learn like that.

  • they most be the most websters drills i've seen. f@*king crap hats.

  • Is this AIT or Basic?

  • This is unit training on ft bragg. And no it isn't fast and exciting.... You go in and shoot, and the people watching pick apart everything you do.

  • Neither

  • hahahaha looks like practice for graduation, VERY BORING and FRUSTRATING

  • Looks like a hell of a training excersise

  • looks like fun

  • Its not fun.. I've done that range so many times. I'm been in the 82nd since 2004. That range is so frustrating. Your entire chain of command is on the cat walk watching your everymove, and every one of them wants you to do it a different way. Looks fun, but it sucks.

  • no those arnt Marines and 914HMD its a pleasure to have your comment considering you shgould be highly respected for your opinions but you were those men once practicing... here in two years I will also be there.

  • Progression is the clue. You guys bitching, were you sex-gods your first time with a girl? I think not

  • "this is my safety"

  • you khow the Maries are allowed to flagg...

  • And thats why the Marines get fucked up a lot. Allowed to flag? Yea ok, I'll allow a squad member to flag me next time and hope for him to be tight on the trigger, fgt. Takes training and a common sense to get good pos
