I have had 2 medical problems that I was taking medications for while in service and still trying new meds now to get my migraings and thyroid under control. During my service they would not medically discharge me because I was taking meds even if the meds were not working. I am going next month to the mental health for my torrets and ptsd. I was honorably discharged under unsatisfactory performance because the thyroid made me too weak to do my job right. Can I upgrade to a medical discharge?
