  • I think this is one of the nicest carts I've seen yet! Job well done.

  • @tdg911 Thank you very much. Happy to hear you enjoyed seeing it. :)

  • Say ( 7863348 ) I am going to fabricate a cart for my Lincoln 3200HD mig. welder , & I like that sliding drawer. Where did you get the sliding rollers for the drawer ? Also... realy cool cart you made, my welding hats off to you.

  • @FABRIC8TIONUNLIMITE1 Thank you sir. the roller sliders are of the bearing kind and i got them from Princess auto up here in Canada. They aren't a stock item but are a surplus item.I haven't seen them in the store since. I also bought a set for the Miller welding trailer I built (see Vid) They work great. Thanks again.

  • Holy shit, I dont think Miller could top that. Very nice. Matter of fact i'm gonna throw my cart away that I built years ago and build another one. Maybe not as it was my first welding project.

  • @charlene1450 Thank you very much. Although It is a little over the top I designed and built it to fit the needs of our shop and that's the key thing about designing and building your own items. You build them for YOU which is COOL ! lol Thanks for commenting and Happy New Year.

  • Wow that was crazy!!!!! Best cart I ever seen

I would give 200 for one right now

  • ok thanks

  • Is your bottom welder gas? and what is it called?

  • @SpeedyChevy72 That is the Miller Coolmate 3. It's used to supply coolant to the tig torch to keep it cool.

  • credit to your craft

  • @jessestrum Thank you very much sir.

  • Awesome wheel covers. I love the attention the detail.

Do you allow people to copy?

  • @PeterBoulanger Thanks Peter. Glad you enjoyed seeing it. I share my work to give others an idea or two so go ahead and use it if you like it :) Thanks for posting.

  • Nicest welding cart I've seen! Good show!

  • @loansharky Thank you very much. Happy to hear you like it :)

  • Complimenti, un bel lavoro realizzato a regola d' arte!

  • @ammagato Grazie mille.:)

  • Is possible to connect a wire feeder or a spool gun to a dynasty200dx ?

There is anyone who know ?

  • @Andy205ro I've never heard of it being done but you can go to the Miller welds site and ask the question.

  • @Andy205ro Tig cold wire feeder.

  • Good work...Excellent Finishing

  • Thank you very much :)

  • Wow...nice song.

  • thats good work , its the only good custom fab cart i have seen on youtube

  • @zeddtbear Thanks glad you like it. I might be the only one crazy enough to build something like it LOL

  • slick nice job

  • @SpeedyChevy55 Thanks :)

  • nice work .

  • @zobzob Thank you!

  • Nice! Mine looks almost identical to this but no roll out tray (nice touch). Except mine is covered in metallic blue sparkles and glitter. lol

  • thats the coolest thing ever mine is a gas grill minus the cooking part with plywood on the bottom for the welders im in the process of painting it miller blue and cutting a peice of 1/8 inch steel for the top to weld on and a little vice on the handle and curved peices of rebar to wrap the cords around its gonna be no where near as cool as that though

  • @TheInfotwins Thank you. I'm betting yours is a cool looking rig. Thanks for posting. :)

  • @7863348 doesn't miller make carts for mig welders though?

  • @MadGunnerMan Yes they do but this is a Tig unit not a Mig and they don't make a cart like this.

  • @7863348 oh ok, i guess i didn't notice that

  • Very cool! Great workmanship fellas. This sort of thing is what gets me fired up to keep thinking and building. Thank You for sharing.

  • @4chizl Thank you very much. This was one of those fun projects for me and it's been a great addition to the shop as well. Believe it or not it's actually very practical. Thanks for taking the time to post your kind comments.

  • Very cool! Great workmanship fellas. This sort of thing is what gets me fired up to keep thinking and building. Thank You.

  • I LOVE the bumpers

  • @DanTheFordFixer :) Thanks. glad you enjoyed seeing them!

  • i don't like it , "I LOVE IT"

A work of Art. Nice going my friend.

This will be my inspiration, already started working on mine.

    Karlos , Brooklyn NY

  • @boschcm Thank you very much. Really pleased to know you like the Crazy Cart. Doing a cart is a fun project and I hope you enjoy doing yours. Good luck and thanks for posting.

  • @hiOctane400 Very happy to hear that you liked it. Thanks! :)

  • WoW! Sweeet cart!! Lol $3000 welder on a $5000 cart lollll

    Great job! You are talented!

  • @mvadinan540 Thank you. Your about right on the estimate as well. You know these things :) Thanks for posting!

  • Wish I would have seen this before building my diamond plate tig welder cart. youtube search - tig welder cart.

Would have added the drawer to store consumables etc. away from dust, spatter, chips, etc. Love the fenders and spare!!!

  • lol you should patent that

  • @RitvarLegend Thanks. Glad you like it :)

  • Fantastic project mate, please answer me one question...when I make one for my nice new TIG welder that I have just bought would it be sacrilege to put it together using my MIG?!! I've not learnt to use the TIG properly yet!

  • @Mk18T I don't see anything wrong using your Mig to fabricate your cart. The most important thing about the build is to enjoy it :) My Crazy Cart was done with my Millermatic 251 Mig so if that was wrong then I have sinned :) Thanks for posting and the kind words on my cart and I hope you enjoy your new Tig outfit Happy Holidays from Newfoundland, Canada

  • that welding cart has everything you could possibly want on a functional cart. It looks damn good. I'm going to make a smaller one in the near future but this is just...wow awesome work if I could afford to buy one of these off you I would lol. Good job and I'm sure you can make serious money selling carts like these.

  • @esparza8888 Thank you very much. It looks a little "crazy" but is a great addition to our shop. Everything is just where it's needed and is very functional which makes it the perfect cart for me. That's the best part of building custom stuff. You get to build it the way YOU want it. I appreciate your comments and have fun and enjoy the build when you do yours!

  • Great Goolie Mooglie, side exhaust, fender skirts, continental kit and a V8 to boot! Now I know where those go kart wheels got to. Great work and rolling concept (design on the fly).

  • @MorteeFie Thank you. It's always nice to know that someone enjoyed seeing this thing. I went out one night with no design in mind and started to build it. All of it was done during the late evening hours because I had to work my day job but with all the time and expense that went into it I feel it was well worth doing. Thanks so much for your comments and welcome to YouTube .

  • Nice job

    Think I might build one

  • 3:36 is the money shot.

I really think you are on a roll with the stuff you dream and build. Its nice seeing someone with a vision put into action.

Start a website and sell these carts and your trailers!

  • @beaman220 Thanks. The cart and trailer is just a few of the fabrication jobs that I've done. I'm really behind in my vids due to my day job. I'll try and get a few more up when I find the time. Happy to know you enjoyed viewing them. Thanks for your kind comments.

  • dude that is the absolute nicest welder cart ever you deserve a friggin award for that man sheesh

  • @1puglife Thank you very much. Very happy to know you enjoyed seeing it. I wanted to build something a little different in a welding cart and I think I accomplished that. The cart is used almost every day and works great. Thanks again for your nice comments. Made my day :)

  • really enjoyed the build..and really enjoyed the music, who is it by?

  • @cgis123 Glad you enjoyed it. The song is by Sarah McLaughlin "Building a Mystery " I used it because and I quote " You come out at night

That's when the energy comes" unquote. That's the way it was with this build. Did it all at night after work. It was a mystery because I started out with nothing in mind and this is what came out of it. Thanks for your comments.

  • Did you build as you went or draw plans first? Are plans available to e-mail? I am looking to get this machine in near future and love the concept.

  • I pretty well did it as I went along and it evolved into what it is as you see it here. It was a fun build though. Glad you like it. You'll love your DX.

  • Radical. Great marketing tool. Shows a lot of craftsmanship in various techniques.

The spare tire is the icing on the cake.

Forget the V-12...go diesel..Big Cat w/ 18 speed. Don't forget the Jake brake.

  • Thanks man. I did forget the jake brake but if I put one on everyone would complain about the noise :) got to have a spare tire but should have made the cart a tandum :) Merry Christmas.

  • its apowerfull cart v8i like iit /very nice

  • Couldn't get a V-12 to fit :) Thanks, Glad you like it.

  • MY GOD !!!!

  • Wow, this is great work. It doesn't look home made like mine. Where did you get the stickers to put on it?

  • Thanks man. I designed the decals myself and had them printed. If you went to your local sign shop they should be able to make what you need. Good luck.

  • You should send the vid to Miller or Lincoln..... see what they think....

  • F U C K I N G SWEEEEEEEEEET. Put an LCD TV on it.

    Nice Job!

  • Thanks Johnny. That was a great idea. Don't tempt me I may do it. glad you liked it.

  • Nice work.....

  • Top notch job I am very impress.

  • Me pareca exelente lo que as hecho una maravilla

  • Muchas gracias!

  • fuckin awesome great job!

  • Thanks again. Glad you enjoyed viewing the Crazy Cart!

  • your crazy cart is great but not practical enough, I also build my own cart but the advantage is i can load or unload my argon gas tank alone without lifting it. all mechanical no hydraulic or gear stuuf. just a simple physics!

  • Practical is an opinion and only applies to ones use of an item. For me the Crazy Cart is very practical for my shop. As for lifting the bottle on well I just grab the bottle and lift it on. It would be a simple modification to have a roll on roll off bottle loading system. I just didn't see the need for it at the time I designed the cart. I'm happy to hear your happy with your cart.

  • Is that Weld it Dream it sticker available anywhere? I just noticed that :)

  • Sorry I had it custom made for the Crazy Cart along with the other custom graphics.

  • Absolutely Awesome!

    John

  • Thanks John. Very happy you like it. It's used daily and really is a practical cart to have. Cheers. Paul

  • Thanks. Glad you like it!

  • was that logo hand painted? That whole thing looks awesome, especially the welder :)

  • The graphics are custom done and printed on vinyl. Thanks, Glad you enjoyed seeing it!

  • wow thats killer awesome

  • Thanks. Glad you like it. It works well for our shop and the customers love it as well so that's a plus!

  • Hey do you have some plans for this?

  • Not really. I started out building a cart and kept coming up with ideas for it. My wife told me I had to stop just as I was adding a DVD player to it :)

  • wow -you do fine work man

  • Thank you. Very pleased to know you like it.

  • Great work thats an amazing cart has everything u need right there

  • Thanks guys. It's a pratical cart and used daily. It was a lot of fun to design and build. As Miller says "Dream it, Weld it"

  • Nice cart, my welding cart was hobbled together in a afternoon with scraps, some day I might redo it.
