Fluoride is a toxin, but only at high does. It occurs naturally all over the world, even in lakes and oceans. It is used in water to kill bacteria by inhibiting enolase activity, shutting down glycolysis. But we do not consume enough to have enolase activity effect in humans. Some antibiotics inhibit DNA activity. The concentration is high enough to do it in bacteria, but not in humans. Concentration is key. Vitamins A, D, E, K and iron are what humans most often overdose on.

Reverse osmosis systems are tending to have a higher fail rate. I have a steam distiller & tested the water with ph/ppm/alkali strips & it is the safest & most reliable system for removing fluoride in public water systems. I also tested the public fluoridated tap water at 1 liter & the results. All thumbs up on Nitrate/Nitrite. PPM Hardness 250. Alkali PPM 240. PH below 6.4.... The steam distilled however, MMMMMMMM! Good stuff.= 7.6 PH

The sound is horrible on this computer but fluoride isn't entirely bad. I did research on it while I was in college. I am a licensed dental hygienist in 2 (soon to be 3) states and I did not just believe what I was told. I did my thesis on it and as long as it is used in moderation and only on high risk patients it is EXTREMELY effective and has saved patients hundreds of dollars on restorative work as well as reversed the effects of incipient lesions(class 1 decay).

Absolutely! The skin is not the big absorber in the shower, your lungs take in most of the chlorine. Taking a hot shower is like drinking a glass or more of tap water.

Most filters don't filter flouride. Only reverse osmosis filters do, those are bulky, expensive and have low pressure so you can't shower :(

YOu have to get comfortable buyinjg bulk items and preparing them. Organic rice is 1.00 a pound, sweet potatoes are 1.45 a pound. Organic celery is 1.25 a pound. Find your local farmers markets and health food stores and buy sales items, marked down produce and bulk items. You are actually losing money by buying ultra processed food with very little nutritive value. Buy food for nutrition and not volume and you'll get a great deal. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for posting this. I never realized how dangerous flouride until recently. My son was actually PRESCRIBED flouride drops when he was a baby since we do no flouridate our water where I live. I used them for several months and then stopped. Not long after that, he was diagnosed with developmental delays. I am certain flouride had a large part in that. It disgusts me to think I was poisoning my child and didn't know it. We need to get flouride OUT of our drinking water.
