those seem really rad, great review of them. not to be over critical but if you're doing this for competition or intend on competing you should relax your shoulders a bit Justin, you're using more energy than you need, even if it doesn't seem like it. instead of tensing up your shoulders use that to twist into your punches. Your friend should keep his hands up when he kicks, hes asking to get sacked when that hand drops for the kicks. his entire torso is open for a few seconds :)
