  • Its "objection to form" and paid by the hour defense (corporate) attorneys use it. It means nothing really. Its an attempt to say the question is confusing so that later at trial the witness can wiggle out of it. Juries see right through it. And yes, I'm a lawyer and yes, the defense attorney is an ass. In my jurisdiction, well, he would have received an attitude correction.

    No idea what that might mean, and if there's an objection why is this guy answering? Maybe that isn't what he said.
