it's actually more difficult with any other rifle, the lincoln's repeater has all of 0 spread... meaning that reguardless of condition, it always fires a straight line to where you aimed. That's the main reason for it being so popular, if you wanted a challenge, a sniper rifle usually deviates worse than a 10mm smg.

with the atomic pulverizer you can do that in vats from up there. with the concentrated foire and loads of extra ap (drugs items and perk + 10 agi ) and you WILL hit them in the head :P

Plus it looks bloody awesome when the camera gets up close to the plasma bolt all the way to its target ^^

(consider the fact that concentrated fire adds +5% to each shot upto 95% and when you have enough ap it is easy to get like 20 shots in one vats salvo so it will mean several headshots will happen.)

mushroom clouds are only caused by extremely large explosions, there is no other factor, in a large explosion heat pulls the debris up in the stalk of the cloud, then in high atmosphere when the air becomes thin enough the debris begins to spread out more causing a mushroom cloud

You never knew that? More likely though, I would assume since the cars seemed to mostly survive the nuclear blasts. (Albiet, they don't work) That they had been infused with an intense amount of radiation, and thus when exploded, the radiation is released giving a far more volatile explosion, like a mini-nuke would.

Correct. Broken Steel is the DCL coming out later this month or early May that allows the player to exceed to level 30. None of the DCL (Operation Anchorage and The Pitt) allow leveling up past 20.
