I went to Washington in the Summer of 2002 to help with an unofficial hearing at the Capitol organized by Rep. Kucinich. At the hearing we had for chief UNSCOM weapons inspector in Iraq Scott Ritter. He statements were accurate and verifiable if one looked at the public records. Specifically that at least 90% of Iraq's WMD capability had been verifiably eliminated through UNSCOM and that whatever MIGHT remain had a limited shelf life and had already degraded and was useless.
