  • Thank you so much Paul Eugene, I am almost 18 and I tried so many different things to lose weight but this has been the most helpful one yet. I have been doing this for 2-3 weeks and I lost 7 pounds and I thank you for it! your work out it amazing!

  • @ilovemusice1 thanks..bt the things i did was basically encourage myself by looking at myself with my shirt off. Eat only breakfast, lunch, and dinner(apple or orange snacks). Do this exercise everyday(twice if i could). Do this as hard as possible, with all of the energy that i had(kept going with the previous exercise when Paul said stop and march and watch him). And just eat less. EX:3 waffles and 3 pieces of bacon..1 waffle and 2 pieces of bacon..stay outside a lot to keep your mind off food

  • OMG! I love this video. Fun and Easy. I've been looking for cardio aerobics for awhile and glad i found this. thanks a lot. I've been following this exercise two days now and i feel great. Again, Thanks Paul and your team :) keep it up and help us all lose weight.
