Thank you so much Paul Eugene, I am almost 18 and I tried so many different things to lose weight but this has been the most helpful one yet. I have been doing this for 2-3 weeks and I lost 7 pounds and I thank you for it! your work out it amazing!
I'm a teenager and Im trying to lose weight so badly! And I find this helps so much Im sweating like crazy and I feel accomplished when i finish it. i hope I lose weight before school so thank you Paul!
i weighed 181....ate whatever i wanted....got tired of it....started eating less and doing this whole thing everyday...and in just a week and 3 days....i weigh 178

@ilovemusice1 thanks..bt the things i did was basically encourage myself by looking at myself with my shirt off. Eat only breakfast, lunch, and dinner(apple or orange snacks). Do this exercise everyday(twice if i could). Do this as hard as possible, with all of the energy that i had(kept going with the previous exercise when Paul said stop and march and watch him). And just eat less. EX:3 waffles and 3 pieces of bacon..1 waffle and 2 pieces of bacon..stay outside a lot to keep your mind off food
