i love things like this.. kinda reminds me i'm not alone.... i had a Coarction of the Aorta and VSD.. i had open heart surgery when i was 3 weeks old... i am not 17n fit and healthy =) ... thanks tones for putting things like this together... mean a lot to people like me =)

I have Coarction of the Aorta, I am 20 years old and it is startin to narrow again so I havt to be put on HBP medicine. When I was in six grade so I was 12, I was suppose to have that baloon procedure (sorry don't know the tech. name) but when they went in to do it they relaized I didn't need it, and this year I was suppose to have the cathether, stent thing, sorry again but they said there was too much scar tissue. Now, is that a good thing or bad? Thanks

My boyfriend was born with a hole in his aorta. He told me that if it wasn't for me, he would have given up. he told me that 100 days before his next heart surgery.30 days before the sugery he was skateboarding with his brothers and his heart gave out on him. he died on the way to the hospital. Trenton April 17, 2005 died of a heart defect. you have tought me so much. thank you. my you rest in peace with a healthy heart. anyone with anything, don't loss faith.
