I was there and never would have expected to see Ms Jett there too. She has been supporting us with her talent for many years, although I didn't realize it. She gave us all cd's after the concert. The base was not the safest place and was being hit with rockets almost every night. It was great to know we had people like Ms Jett and her manager willing to come out to a place like that.

I love Joan and she has some great points. I was raised by a single mother before she remarried. She makes some interesting comments about her role in entertaining the military and also on the role of women in the work place. Way to go Joanie! Rock on!
