I don't listen to this band on a daily basis and i don't really follow the names of the members or who's dropped out, but what I do know is the very first song of theirs I heard was a cover of Polaris and I was hooked. Then I heard this song and thought it was epic as well. And I've heard some of their new stuff. The singer is different and there's a few stylistic differences but to me they still sound a great deal alike. I like both singers and I like both styles. Either way they're epic

ok so i play drums, deathcore drums to be exact, and i tend to get comments regarding how fast and amazing i am, but deathcore drumming is half assed generic shit. i was drumming to these guys and its way harder than extremely fast blast beats and double bass. this shit takes actual skill. like meshuggah. anybody can play blasts, rythm like this takes hella practice AND talent :)

Im not going to deny the existence of talent here. What I will say, however that this sound is extremely used and tired. Chugging guitars and 16th note kicks, fantastic. Why not try some brand new production styles like frequency splittting a bassline, and adding an LFO'd filter on the mids and highs, and bitcrush the highs only. Now THATS a fresher sound than DURDURDUDDUR DUHNDUHN. DUNUNUNUNUNUN DADA. People need to start thinking outside the frets. A guitar isnt the quintessential sound maker
