You don't necessarily have to adopt a baby... you can do it by having "Woo-Hoo" just click on your partner and press on the button "be romantic" , scroll down a little, then press on the icon "try for baby" and there you have it... your baby will arrive soon and also grow up to a cute toddler soon... that's all it can grow up to... Sucks :(

@CooookieMonster12 first you build a room seperate from your house. sell all the dining chairs in your house and put one in the sepertae room. evenally he baby will go and sit on the chair. then go into build mode and sell the doors and windows on the seperate room. stay home and just keep watching the baby (you might need to skip work) eventualy the baby will disapear (it might take a few days so be prepared to to skip work
