Look I'm not sure of this, but if you watch the movie "HYPE" that's what the name of the song is shown to be as they play it in their rehearsal space. I'm thinking that "Self Pollution Radio" was the name they WANTED to give it. But they obviously had to change it as it would have been insulting to the radio.

Seriouly, if you haven't seen "HYPE" I recommend it, it rocks.
